The Difference Between Science and Religion

Science is based soley on a hypothesis and testing that hypothesis. If a hypothesis cannot be tested, it will remain a scientific theory. This is where my arguement draws away from the popular conception that science is based solely on fact. In actuality, scientists find themselves dissagreeing with each other very often. However, if a hypothesis can be proven, it is then a fact and cannot be disputed. Religion, on the other hand, is a story. Every religion has a story about good and evil, life after death, etc. The catch is that the only way to prove that all religions aren't just stories is by using the scientific method of creating a hypothesis, (that Jesus was actually the son of God) and then testing that hypothesis in order to prove it.
