They say all good things come to those who wait and Aliy is testament to a lot of waiting and a lot of good things in one small glorious package.

Aily's Dam is our own "Ch Snowsteeds Heaven Sent WTD" aka 'Seven' who was leased to Tonya Syme of Chimo Alaskan Malamutes for a very special mating. Aliy's father is none other than "Multi BIS, Multi BISS, Supreme Ch Koolrunnings Ice Age HOF ROA" aka "Deago" who is a dog we have admired for a very long time and it is an honour and a privilege to now have one of his daughters in our yard. A huge thank you to Catherine Loft and Scott McCarthy of Koolrunnings and of course to Tonya Syme for making this litter happen and of course for allowing Aliy to stay here with her mother at Snowsteeds.

Aliy is named after one of our favourite Iditarod mushers and just like her namesake she has already shown herself to be independent, talented and beautiful.

Aliy had worked out how to climb over the puppy fence at just 3 weeks and merrily pleased herself as to her comings and goings with her siblings.

I would often come home to find her happily sitting with her Mother while the rest of her brothers and sisters were looking on from the other side of the puppy fence.

Aliy is clearly the Alpha bitch of her litter and no doubt will give us quite a lot of entertainment as she matures.

Aliy will commence her show career in April 2013 alongside her stunning sister Pearl and her handsome brother Kudos.
