If dogs could be princess's then Miss Holly would be walking around with a tiara firmly planted on her head. Our pick girl from our Seven x Daytona litter Holly never fails to turn heads wherever she goes. Sometimes the heads turn because of her raucous attention seeking behaviour but mostly because she is simply stunning.
Miss Holly entered the ring for the 1st time mid Oct 2011. She was a very naughty puppy but still managed a placing in a very large class of quality baby girls. The next weekend she made up for her naughtiness winning Baby Puppy in Group at the Royal Geelong show. The next weekend she placed 2nd in the All Breeds Baby Puppy Sweepstakes at the Bendigo Agricultural Society Championship Show and finished her day with another BEST BABY PUPPY IN GROUP !!! Way to go Holly!!
Holly had her first set of shows in Minor Puppy class at the Bega set of shows in Bermagui January 2012. She did extremely well taking her first bitch challenge and was awarded reserve bitch challenge at the other two shows. She also snaffled third place in the all breed puppy sweepstakes on the
final day.
Two months later Holly again entered
the ring at Myrtleford taking Bitch
Challenge on the Saturday and
Reserve on the Sunday against
some very well performed competition.
The following weekend at the Mount Gambier set of shows at Easter she was awarded Bitch Challenge everyday and Best Junior in Group at the Sunday show. She unfortunately dropped her coat for her planned spring campaign but still managed to pick up a few Challenges and even a Best of Breed and Junior in Group at Kerang. She is now sitting on 71 points with only a minimal number of weekends in the ring. She easily finished her Australian Championship title upon returning to the ring.
Holly was out the show ring over the winter months while her kennel mates were busy racing. She had her debut in harness at the Goldseekers Puppy race. She won it!!!
Holly was right wheel dog of our team
that won the eight dog class at the
NVSDC Race 3 and also performed superbly in wheel in our 6 dog team
at Falls Creek and our 8 dog team at
the Dinner Plain Sled Dog Challenge.
Working alongside her mother Seven
she behaved perfectly for all of the
races with clean passes and lots of enthusiasm.
With her good looks, power
and exuberance Holly certainly
carries our kennel into a very bright future.
We are so thankful to Tiffany Evans for allowing us to use the handsome and
lovely moving Daytona over our
gorgeous Seven
