Oven Omelet

8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. Seasoned salt
3 oz. Meat (ham, bacon, etc.)
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. Instant minced onion


Beat eggs. Add milk and salt. Beat again. Tear up or shred meat. (If using bacon, fry, drain and crumble it ahead of time.) Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased 8x8 inch or 11x7 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve.
