"Night Before" Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. ground sausage
6 eggs
1-1/2 C. milk
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. mustard
2 slices bread (cubed)

Saute and drain sausage. Beat together eggs, mustard, cheese and milk. Place bread cubes in buttered baking dish. (I'm lazy and spray the dish with Pam.) Spread sausage over cubes. Pour liquid mixture over sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Put in cold oven, set at 350 degrees and cook 35-40 minutes.
