Apple Breakfast Bars

1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp butter
3 to 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced thinly
1 cup French vanilla yogurt


In mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, sugar and oatmeal Until well mixed. Cut in 1/2 cup of butter.

Spread half of crumb mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 pan. Cover with Apples and top with the remaining crumb mixture. Dot with 2 Tablespoons of butter. Bake at 350° F for 40 minutes. Cut Into squares.

Serve warm topped with French vanilla yogurt.
