Amish Bread Omelet

1/2 loaf day-old bread, cut into cubes
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste


In a large fry pan, brown the bread cubes in the butter. Mix together the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes and fry until eggs are cooked through.
