Sensei Chris Montella & Sensei Wendy Montella have created a family style dojo just right for all your self-defense needs. Their spacious dojo is fully matted. The dojo is fully visible for the parents to watch. We offer martial arts equipment in our pro-shop from Asian World of Martial Arts. A snack and drink counter is located in the main entrance of our school for an after workout energy boost. We offer many programs for kids, and adults. Montella's Academy of Self-Defense offers an in house tournament competition to develop your skill, and self-esteem. We hold a spring and fall tournament for both kids, and adults.

Special programs are also being offered such as our black belt club, master's club, and so much more.
