In the sixth and final phase of cell division called "Cytokinesis", the protoplasm (the cytoplasm and all of the organelles) divides into two equal parts including a nucleus with identical chromosomes. The first equal part stays in the original cell, and the other part goes into the new cell thats developing. Then, the cell membrane's furrows, pinches closed the two cells fully, making two new daughter cells! If this last phase was to be for a plant cell (not animal), a cell plate will form, pinching the two cells closed. Then, a cell wall will form around each daughter cell.
At this point, Cell Division is now complete! Two new daughter cells are formed. In multicellular orgainisms, like humans for example, cell division takes place every single second in your body millions of times to make the organism develope, and grow. It also occurs to replace dead or inujured cells.
