Preheat oven to 325 degrees. combine cream cheese, eggs,
3/4 cup sugar, yogurt cheese, flour, salt, and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites and remaining sugar.Beat till stiff and shiny.
Beat into cheese mixture. Pour into crust and bake 1 hour or till done.
The cake should not jiggle when shaken lightly. Let cool and refrigerate.
Garnish with fresh fruit or canned if fresh is not available. ENJOY
