Chicken with Mustard and Herbs ---serves 4---(6.53 gms fat-173 cal./serving)
4 boneless chicken breasts, about 4 ounces each 1 tablespoon acceptable vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Herb Seasonings ¼ cup spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place chicken breasts in a large baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together to make a paste. Thickly and evenly spread it over top of each breast. Bake 20 minutes, or until meat has turned white throughout. ENJOY
