4 boneless chicken breasts, about 4 ounces each | 1 tablespoon acceptable vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon Herb Seasonings | ¼ cup spicy brown mustard |
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning |
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place chicken breasts in a large baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together to make a paste.
Thickly and evenly spread it over top of each breast. Bake 20 minutes, or until meat has turned white throughout. ENJOY
