6 medium baking potatoes |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 envelope dry onion soup mix |
Scrub potatoes; do not peel. Cut each into 3 or 4 slices lengthwise. Spread with mixture of butter and soup mix. Reassemble potatoes and wrap each in heavy-duty foil, sealing tightly. Place on grill over low coals. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender, turning occasionally. ENJOY
