Chelle's Tangled Web
Chelle is one of my favourite fanfic authors. I recommend this site for people who like to read a lot, because once you read one of her (mostly NC-17 rated) stories, this site won't let you go. Most of her stories are Spike/Buffy centered, but she has also a lot of Buffy/Angel ones.

Love's Bitch
A Buffy/Spike dedicated site with a big fanfic section. You will also find some manupulated pics there and some other nice things.

Laure Alexander
This site has wonderful fanfictions, but not only Spike centered. I think everybody will find something for them there.

Saber Shadow Kitten
On this multiple award-winning site you find many great stories. Most are Buffy/Spike fanfics, but Saber has also other ones. Almost all stories are NC-17 rated.
