So, my views on flying? Like thousands of other people, ever since my childhood I wanted (of course) to be a fighter pilot. Now, my goal of being a fighter pilot has changed but my quest for flying has not. In 2000, I attained my Transport Canada (TC) Glider Pilot Licence and in 2001 my TC Private Pilot Licence. I achieved both through scholarships offered by the Royal Canadian Air Cadets. I strongly recommend this program to any young Canadian who is between the ages of 12-16. It is a fun, free, challenging and rewarding experience! How can it not be when you may learn to fly!?!
