Special Order Policy
We make regular orders to quite a few large needlework distributors,
therefore we have access to quite a lot of
needlework related products.
Simply email us to see if we can get it, and what the minimum quantity you have to buy.
The charges and minimum quantity for special order depends on the nature of the product:
- If the product is suitable for miniature, and we do not currently carry
it, all we need from you is patience while we get them, and there are no extra charges to you.
- If they are not suited to miniature work, you will need to buy the entire lot the manufacturer
requires. For yarns and threads, the minimum varies anywhere between 2 to 12 depending on the product.
These orders must be pre-paid. We will tell you what the minimum is before payment, as well as any
applicable additional charges described below.
Shipping charge may be added if the item is bulky or heavy, with the exception of
Dover books. The shipping charge will
be the actual shipping cost or $5.00, whichever is less.
This is still less than what most mail order places charge for shipping and handling for regular orders!
