But you can't find it in your heart
To forgive me
To forgive is divine
Are the lines
Which run through my mind
As I sit alone
Only with my tears to cry
Love is supposed to have
Nothing to do
With the conditional word if
But rather its a gift
Handed down from God himself
Because his love for us was so complete
He gave his only son to us
And forgave us of our sins
So if you love me
I mean truly love me
Then learn to do God's will
And love me enough to forgive me
