I had the grand experience of watching Rebecca Pitcher perform not once, but seven times when The Phantom Of The Opera was here in Green Bay. She is an incredible talent, an all around performer, dancer, actor and amazing singer--the most beautiful voice I've had the priviledge to listen to.
On the first evening that I witnessed her on stage, she absolutely consumed the role of Christine--her facial expressions made the story so believable. She was the frightened child at first, then became the young woman who was torn between the two loves of her life. It was done with such grace and style, that I was totally consumed into the story.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca after a performance, and it was a most enjoyable experience for me. She is so friendly, down to earth, you might say, that she made it very easy to speak with her. She graciously posed for pictures and signed her autograph to many things which were handed to her. I have to admit that I've not met that many celebrities, however, I do know of the ones I have met, Rebecca will always stand out for me as one of the most attractive and friendly as well as having a marvelous sense of humor. She will be a STAR for many years to come--and I can only hope to see her perform once more in the very near future.
An Avid Fan~
