The top of Grizzly Peak is tall! That mountain is going to be huge! Also, the 3rd picture shows it complete with an american flag on top. I think they do that when they lower the highest point of a mountain. I know it was done with Splash Mountain.

Lots of rockwork is being done!

The ramp is now visible!

This is a view of where the rafts start their descent.

This shows a full view of the ramp plus the 4 tubes which catch the water to go up to the top.

This is where the top will be lowered on.

This is the rockwork around the second tunnel and first drop.

These are pictures of covered rockwork.

More wire mesh is being added.

Cement is now being poured on!

A new steel structure has risen which I think is the buidling the ramp to the top starts in.

An aerial view.

The cement foundations for the loading dock.

The current state of Grizzly Peak looks cool with Paradise Pier rising in the background.

This is the first 22 foot drop.

A far away view of Grizzly Peak and it's surroundings.

This is the growing piece of rockwork.

This is rockwork from backstage.

This is an awkward tree trunk with mushrooms on it. Cool, huh?

This is what I think is the lift for Grizzly Peak. (some assembly required)

Some framework on Grizzly Peak.

As you can see, three metal pieces have been installed which I would guess will attach the rockwork to the mountain. Also, not the wooden rails being placed, which are also probobly to attach to.

This is one of the long rails being attached.

Here you can see the first piece of framework. Note the fact there are already rocks on it.

Some prep work is going on on top of Grizzly Peak.

7/11/99

These are some of the many framework pieces for Grizzly Peak.

7/4/99

As you can see, this has looked the same since April, but it does look like they're getting ready to put framework on (All the pices are already delivered to the employee parking lot).
