Customer Emails
This is a list of just some of the interesting emails I have received while working in the tech support center for several web hosting companies. A couple of these are threats, some are just totally random emails and I have no idea why the person even sent them to us. All we did was register domain names and host web sites. You will also pick up on the cluelessness we had to deal with on a daily basis. While some people were simply not familiar with what they were doing and had valid questions, others were just downright stubborn, and got less respect from me. (I'm trying to help you; work with me, and do what I say.) No matter how angry you are, remember that the next time you call a customer support center, yelling at them threatening them will not get you any further, but will provide the employees with a good laugh at the end of the day.
