Scene 1: San Cristobel

(Danny is lying on the couch still in his tux and Michelle is walking down the stairs in her robe. She walks over to the doors that lead onto what I think is the patio.)

Michelle: I'm leaving in a little while.
Danny: What do you mean you're leaving? Leaving San Cristobel? (You know he wants to say "Leaving me?")
Michelle: No, I'm going to the palace.
Danny: Why?
Michelle: Well, you heard what happened with Reva. I can't let my friends down again.
Danny: Right, like I let them down last night? Right, is that what you mean?
Michelle: You said it, not me.
Danny: Well, you can't go running around the island looking for Reva. That's ridiculous. It's too dangerous.
Michelle: Don't talk to me about danger, okay? You're the one that almost got me locked in a prison for the rest of my life.
Danny: Michelle! You weren't--those bonds were not supposed to be in your suitcase. I told you that. How many times do I have to tell you that?
Michelle: Those bonds should never have been with us in the first place.
Danny: Well, I have a duty to my family and I have to look out for you, what do you want from me?
Michelle: You have to look out for me by what, by lying to me?
Danny: By not telling you, yeah.
Michelle: Well, that's a great foundation for a marriage, Danny. (She has a point there, Danny...)
Danny: Alright, you know, I'm sick of--I'm not going to apologise to you anymore. That's all I ever do anymore. Apologise for my mother and apologise for my family and I'm sick of it, Michelle. I can't be everything to everyone.
Michelle: Okay, so why don't you just consider me one less person that you have to worry about, alright?
Danny: Oh, that's nice. What does that mean, that you're going to leave me?

The Light

Danny: It's a simple question. What, do you want to bail out on the marriage now? Is that what you want to do?
Michelle: (Starts to go upstairs.) You know what, I'm late and my friends are expecting me.
Danny: Answer the question! Why don't you?
Michelle: Because if you're asking me right now if I want to be married to you, no, I don't.
Danny: Well, that's great. That'll make my mother's day, and Rick will probably throw a party. Nice solution!
Michelle: I am not the one who jeopardised this marriage, please do not put that on me.
Danny: I am not putting anything on you. So what, you know what, you just think we don't belong together anymore? Is that it?
Michelle: I don't think we should have to go through sickness and health and felony and misdemeanor together, no. (LOL!!! Great line!)
Danny: You don't want to work through this together, is that your problem?
Michelle: I don't know how.
Danny: Well, you don't just leave the marriage. You don't just quit.
Michelle: Danny, last night scared me to death, okay? I don't want to have to get used to bombs and death threats and shootings. Those things happen to us because of a life I thought you were stuck in temporarily. And if anything, those times showed me that--that you were trying to get out of the family business.
Danny: I still am. I still am.
Michelle: But this was you. This was your choice.
Danny: My family has a debt, Michelle. It's a fact.
Michelle: How many more of these situations are going to arise? How many more choices are you going to have to make for your family? I was up all night, I was thinking about our future, and I was thinking about whether or now I was going to be looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life.
Danny: Well, I don't know what to tell you, except for something like this won't happen again.
Michelle: Danny. Your promises don't mean a whole lot right now. (Thank you, God! She finally told him that!!! Whoo-hoo! Okay...moving on...)
Danny: You know, we talked about this. We talked about this alot, and you said that you accepted this life. You saif that you trusted me when I promised you that eventually, (Emphasis on this second "eventually.") eventually, I would make the business legitimate.
Michelle: And what does eventually mean? This week, next week, this month, this year? I need a date.
Danny: I can't make you those kind of promises. You know that. It is not that simple. This cannot be solved overnight.
Michelle: Not three weeks ago, we were standing in this room. We were talking about our future together and the life that we wanted to have together.
Danny: And those things take time.
Michelle: It's not about time. Don't you understand that you have to make a decision? You have to.

Scene 2: San Cristobel

(Michelle is walking into the living room, talking to Matt on the phone.)

Michelle: Okay, thanks, Matt. Yeah, we'll be sure to wait until we hear from you before we do anything. Okay, bye. (Hangs up the phone and starts slinging it around by the antenna. I was just waiting for it to fly across the room!) Richard's meeting with Josh and Edmund and they don't want too many people there because they don't know what Edmund's going to do, so uhmm, Matt's keeping an eye on the marina and Jim is going to look at some other parts of the island, we should just stay here as a homebase. So we're going to meet up with them after they deal with Edmund. (Danny looks so bored this whole time!)
Danny: This is totally unbelievable.
Michelle: I know.
Danny: Michelle, come here. Don't...Look, I--I understand everything that you're saying. I am trying to be too many things for too many people. I know it's not fair to you.
Michelle: I know you're trying. But you're being puled in way too many directions that just cannot coexist.
Danny: I know that. I know that.
Michelle: I tried really hard to understand what goes on in that house. And understand what happens and what you guys do and I can't--I can't do it anymore.
Danny: I totally understand. I do.
Michelle: I feel like I'm leading a double life. I feel like there's so much crime and the secrets and the lies and it's really overwhelming.
Danny: I'm sorry. I...
Michelle: This is not...This is not what I thought my life would be life. I thought I was going to marry a man who I was going to share everything with, who would be my partner.
Danny: We're partners. Hey, we are partners for life. And we...and we have made it through alot and we're going to make it through this.
Michelle: But this life goes against everything that I've ever been taught. I love you so much and I cannot live in this danger. I can't. You have to make a choice because you can't have it both ways anymore, Danny.
Danny: I choose you. You know that. I'll always choose you.

Scene 3: San Cristobel

(Danny's sitting on the couch and Michelle has her legs in his lap.)

Danny: As soon as we get home, I'm really going to work on this.
Michelle: I believe you.
Danny: And when this is over, we can really concentrate on creating the kind of life for ourselves that we--
Michelle: When what is over? There's...there's more? (Get's up from the couch.)
Danny: Michelle, when I burned those bonds, I destroyed $2 million. My family owes a debt.
Michelle: We have to come up with $2 million. How the Hell are we supposed to do that?
Danny: I don't know yet. That's the problem.
Michelle: This is unbelievable. You just sat there and you just told me that this was over and I was going to have a normal life, that we--
Danny: We will. Michelle, the whole deal was my responsibility.
Michelle: Does your mother have anything to do with this? ('Chelle finally saw the light! About damn time she realises that Carmen is behind this!)
Danny: Well, she threatened to blow the whole rescue mission out of the water if I didn't, but...
Michelle: Oh, I knew it. I knew this wasn't all you.
Danny: You know, you can't blame this one on my mother, Michelle. You can't.
Michelle: No?
Danny: No. I wouldn't brought the bonds with me anyway. (I can't even describe the look on Michelle's face when he says that! You just have to see it...)

Scene 4: San Cristobel

Michelle: I just got off the phone with my Aunt Meta. Uhmmm...
Danny: Why?
Michelle: My father opened a trust fund for me several years ago and it's not $2 million, but it's a start. So we can--
Danny: No, are you crazy? No way. No.
Michelle: I--I want to do this, Danny. This is my money.
Danny: I don't care. I'm the one that owes $2 million, not you.
Michelle: We owe $2 million.
Danny: No.
Michelle: What...I'm your wife. We share everything.
Danny: No, not this. You're not asking your family for help. No, are you out of your mind? (Picks up the phone, and starts dialing a number.)
Michelle: What are you doing?
Danny: I'm calling Aunt Meta and telling her to forget your request.
Michelle: No. No, give me the phone, Danny.
Danny: No, I--No, you're not going to do this.
Michelle: This is my money and my decision. Give me the phone.
Danny: No, I'm not going to let you do this.
Michelle: You are not going to run my life anymore, Danny!
Danny: I'm sick of your attitude! Now grow the Hell up!
Michelle: (Scoffs and kind of rolls her eyes. She starts walking away.) Go to Hell! (Once Michelle leaves, Danny throws yet another phone! What is it with Danny throwing phones?!?!?)

(Michelle is outside by the pool and she starts crying. She turns to face the house, takes off her robe and stands in front of the pool. Joie said she wasn't naked in that scene, well, you could've fooled me!!! Anyways, she dives in the water and Danny walks out. She turns around and see's him. They make eye contact and then Danny dives in the pool, still dressed in his tux. He swims over to Michelle and they kiss.)

Danny: There is one promise I can make you. I will always love you. (Scene ends with them kissing. Even though the scene only lasted about 30 seconds, it was still sexy. Only Joie and Paul could make that seem sexy!)
