Ok, everyone knows that Popup windows are annoying and generally pointless. When they open the reaction isn't: "Wow! A popup window! I wonder what goods and services I can acquire by clicking within it!" It is more like: "Damn! A Popup window! I'll teach those Capitalist bastards one day! ::click::" So here's how to effectively deal with them. The choices with Angelfire are an embedded advertisement, which will appear on every page, or the pop up. To make the page look less cheesy, I went with the pop up. What you have to do is fight the urge to close it, and simply minimze it. This way it won't keep reopening on you whenever you revisit the home page. Close it when you're done visiting. It'll take some getting used to, but it works. Try it.
