Funcoland is the store everyone loves to hate. I think it's great. It is a store that buys and sells used video games. There employees are mostly doofs (NOT everyone) who can be the biggest stiffs in the world. I think that FuncoLand is really cool, but the employees have serious problems. First, the best part about Funcoland is the prices. They range form $0.10- 4.99 for most games. The rarer and cooler games (Baseball Stars, Snow Bros., Dragon Warrior 2-4) are in the 20 bucks range. For the games that you want under five bucks at Funcoland, get them there. If they are more than that get them at a flea market. Also the games at Funcoland are guarenteed to work so that is a major plus. I LOVE FUNCOLAND so please give it a chance. There is one bad thing about Funcoland and that is the employees. They always try to con you into buying a cleaning kit, and always give you an attitude. Here are the employees at my Funcoland.
The Manager- A real jerk who hates kids. Always gives you and attitude.
The Assisstant Manager- He is really cool. Always talks to me about NES games and tells me stories about them. Never gives you a problem.
The Girl Assisstant Manager- Never talks.
Star Wars Geek #1- Always a stiff. He's given me the wrong game, mischarged me, and has the "I watch to much Raw so I act like Stone Cold even though I weigh 98 pounds" attitude. He is currently 0 for 274 in trying to sell me a cleaning kit.
Star Wars Geek #2- Really funny, always up for a NES conversation.
The "I'm-Going-to-Be-on Welfare" Girls- They always ignore me and wait on other customers before me.
I don't wanna rag on Funcoland because it's so cool. Just GET NEW EMPLOYEES!!!
