Although I don't have a whole lot of Erasure stuff to show off, I absolultely adore them, so I felt they had to have a special place of honor on my website. Who knows, maybe I can be responsible for converting people into Erasure fans : )

My first experience with Erasure was through a dance mix tape my sister had made me, which had the song "Fingers & Thumbs" on it. I fell in love with it immediately and bought the album, Erasure, which I really couldn't get into at first. One day, I pulled out the album and listened to it. Then I listened to it again. And again. The lyrics to the songs were so touching, the music so captivating, and the general effect so moving, that I knew I had to buy another album.

Now I own every Erasure album that is available around where I live. My current favorite album is Wild!, although I still have a special place in my heart for the Erasure album. And my favorite Erasure song of all time is A Long Goodbye, but that doesn't seem to be a very popular one. I still like it, though.

And though my friends refuse to believe me, since they have not been introduced to the wonder of Erasure, Andy Bell has the most magnificent voice in the world!
