Why I write fanfic:  Can we say escapeism, people?  <g>  Whenever I watch a favorite show of mine, my head spins in all sorts of circles and inevitably, I come up with odd ideas and simply have to write them down if I'm going to get any other kind of work done at all.  Also, as a psychology major, how people work intruiges me to no end, and I always love coming up with alternate explanations for character's actions.

My one goal in my "fanfic career" is to finish a full X-File case story.  I have several in my head, but never seem to be able to get it down on paper.

People often ask me if I have a favorite story I've written.  Yes and no.  There are some that I'm incredibly proud of that I think stretched my limits as a writer (namely the "Winter Wonderland" series).  But there are some stories ("You Were Mine", "Mudslides and a Sympathetic Ear" and yes, "What's Old Is New Again") that I just love, for one reason or another.  If y ou're looking for a story that "defines" me, I have absolutely no idea.  Go ask Nicole.
Mmm. Vaughn.
