Was a diplomat to the UfoP. Was sent as an ambassador to the bajoran people,
during the cardassian occupation. She was killed during a shuttle accident.
The shuttle was sabotaged by the cardassians as they said T'pel was a danger
to their rule.
Fathers' Details:
Unknown, other than that he was bajoran. Assumption made due to Cory
and Kbee's bajoran DNA.
Description: Kbee is tall and slim with long
brown hair and brown eyes. She has pointed ears, a ridged nose and pale
green/grey pallor. Personality wise she is stubborn but committed. Kbee has
an excellent sense of humour. She is hardworking, honest and courageous.
She tries not to use her emotions but her bajoran/betazoid attributes
bring them to the surface. She is determined and reliable.
Job and Ambition: Kbee is the commanding officer
aboard the USS Mariner, and the Head of Galaxy Exploration Command. She has
passed all subjects available at the academy. She has also written several
exams for the academy. Her goals are to reach full Admiral. To serve the
fleet, the community, god and everything to the best of her ability. She
would also like to visit her home-worlds of Vulcan and Bajor.
Likes and
Dislikes: Kbee likes to read, write,
climb and Hike. She is writing her own novel. On a regular basis when on
shore leave she goes on hiking and climbing expeditions. Kbee loves nature,
plants adorn her quarters. Kbee hates mushrooms, plomik soup and the feeling
of uselessness.
History: Kbee was found alongside her two-month-old
brother inside a torpedo casing. It was shot from the shuttle shortly before
it exploded. The only sign this wasn't an armed torpedo was the distress
beacon emanating from inside it. The USS Cochran picked the casing up as
it exited from bajoran space.
Kbee named her brother, as no one knew his name. Cory is the only one who
can get away with calling Kbee Christi. Kbee and her brother were raised
on Earth as orphans. Their foster parents were Starfleet security officers.
Determined to follow in her foster parents' footsteps, Kbee entered the academy
and trained as a security officer. Two years after her admittance, her foster
parents were found to be missing in action after a skirmish with the Borg.
Since their disappearance, Cory has been studying at the academy, although
only this year is he old enough to enter. He has made his own decision to
follow his sister into the USC.
Kbee entered the academy at the age of 16 and graduated top of her class.
She has also served a short time at the ASDB, where she came up for the
schematics for the USS Mariner - the ship she now captains. She has served
in the field for two years, rapidly earning promotion to Captain.
Kbee uses both side of genetic make-up well. Her bajoran/betazoid attributes
surface when she is put under pressure. She may act Vulcan at times, precise
and logical but she will use her emotions freely if needed. She prefers not
too! She has learnt not to fight her heritage, only by sheer determination
and her human upbringing.
Following the bajoran spirituality and Vulcan ideology, Kbee found herself
searching. Today she has a deep belief in God. Her views are similar to that
of 21st century earth's' christainity-anglican, of sorts. Her beliefs fit
in with that of all her cultures, and knowledge.
Kbee is very protective of her brother, and of her crew. Her greatest concerns
are for their welfare. She would willingly sacrifice herself for them.
Kbee has one true friend. He is half Klingon and half human. An exile from
his own people due to his human ways. Other than that very little is known
about him. Not even his name.
It is suspected that Kbee's maternal grandfather was Betazoid both Kbee and
her mother had very strong telepathic abilities. These abilities are even
more evident in Kbee, which adds to the battle of her genetic make-up. Kbee
is a very able empath but can only communicate with other telepaths
telepathically. She is one of the strongest touch-telepaths to have come
from Vulcan. Her psionic abilities needed no training.
