Food can be split into two food types, "Meat" and "Leaves". These are then split into sub types. Meat is split into "Meat" and "Fake Meat".
Meat is the main part of any diet and should really be taken with every meal. Fake meat is meat which comes from the sea or is otherwise manufactured, fish and mollusks. These are crude immitations of meat and should be avoided with few exceptions.
Leaves are harder to split into groups. First, there are "safe leaves". Bread, biscuits, crisps etc are all contained within this group. These leaves are safe to eat and are fully certified by the UN-speakable. Next come "dangerous leaves". Lettuce, carrots and sweetcorn etc are contained in this group. These leaves, when taken in infrequent doses are safe to eat. Be careful when mixing with other food types because they can become poisonous. Note: Moist Lettuce is a boarderline foodstuff with poisonous leaves. Finally come "poisonous leaves". This group includes Sprouts, Cabbage etc. These should be avoided at all costs. Certain ninjas can build up resistances to poisonous leaves over a period of 400 years.
