Classic early 80s AOR/Radiorock like SURVIVOR, BALANCE and PREVIEW.

Do not confuse this RUNNER with the same named band out of the U.K. that released one LP in 1979. This RUNNER is coming out of USA (don't know which state) and their mini-LP is somewhat a collector's item right now, because almost impossible to get. There are only 4 tracks on the album, but they are all very good and pure AOR.

The album starts with "Here it comes again", a good uptempo AOR/Radiorocker like LOVERBOY. Next track "Hold on to lose" is a fantastic classic early 80s AOR song with influences from SURVIVOR, BALANCE and PREVIEW.

Side-B opens with "Maybe I'm right" which features some classy AOR piano-keys. The song itself is nice midtempo AOR/Pomp like SHELTER. The last track of the album is "It should be easier", a lovely classic AOR ballad like SURVIVOR.

A great album and well worth buying, although 4 tracks is not much and you will probably will not get it cheap. Still, you will enjoy the songs a lot if you're into the classy early 80s AOR sounds.
