"Boy
oh boy. If Laughter is a mandatory ingredient in
your life, as it is mine, check out Comedy
Improv Classes through Phantom
Sheep Players...There
are nights with this group that I laugh so hard
I snort, shriek and bend over howling. This
class is for any level of experience. The troupe
gently pulls you into the fold. It's a wonderful
learning experience on so many levels. I am
learning about myself, my relationships, my
strengths and weaknesses. There is freedom to
screw up without feeling like crap. Cost is
wicked reasonable. I can get that info if anyone
is interested."- Betsy (2023)
"Last
night I took an improv class that ended up being
so much fun and I haven't laughed that hard in a
very long time! Thanks to Eric for creating a safe
space for me to come out of my shell"- Lauren
"I’m currently in my second session of classes
with the Phantom Sheep Players, and it is one of
the best investments I have made in myself. Even
in a short amount of time, I have learned so
much about improv and have a newfound confidence
in myself. Additionally, these classes are a
great way to relieve stress and are something to
look forward to on Mondays. Working with the
troupe and other classmates are an absolute joy,
and everyone is always supportive of each
other."-Paige S (2018)
"Thank
you! I started conquering a fear tonight!
And had a blast too!"-Stevie
"I have taken a few classes
with Phantom Sheep, and I have loved every minute
of it! The classes are a great way to enhance your
improv skills in a judgement-free setting. The
instructors are very kind and supportive, and they
have helped me to step outside my comfort zone and
build confidence. I would highly recommend taking
these classes, especially if you love to laugh!"-
Lexi Oliver (Western MA News reporter)
"Have been taking classes with
Phantom Sheep for about two years now, and have seen
tremendous growth in my comfort on stage, as well as
generalized confidence. Eric and Tommy run a
profesional class at a great rate!"- Adam
"Just wrapped up my second
session with Phantom Sheep Players. Not only have
I learned about improv, but in a broader sense,
I've learned about character developement,
listening on stage, and working with your scene
partner. These are invaluable lessons in the world
of theatre and acting and I can't reccomend their
classes enough. Special shout-out to Eric, Tommy,
and Jeff, for
being the leaders of this great troupe."- Josh
(2022)
"...we had a great time!
We learned so much about how to feel comfortable and
confident in front of a group and how to make
improvisation fun and entertaining! Again, thank you
for a wonderful experience!"
-Sarah, ASA
"I have been taking
classes with the phantom sheep player for over a
year now and it’s nothing short then an amazing
time. I have laughed and learned so much in an
Improv class. Highly recommend if you are just
starting Improv or have been doing it for years."-
Aaron (2017)
"These
classes are a lot of fun and you learn stuff
painlessly about yourself and how to react to,
collaborate with and support others. I have brought
several "newbies" in and all have been
welcomed warmly and uniformly were happily surprised
at what they accomplished"- Simon
“…Our own “Yoda” of sorts,
the Phantom Sheep Productions Improv troupe.
Thanks to their workshops…we acquired the skills
we need to successfully make fools of ourselves
without making complete fools of ourselves”
-Steve, “Puce Tomato
Gods” WHS student troupe.
“Overall, [our class] got to
know each other better, and felt comfortable working
with themselves and each other. They also learned
how to think faster on their feet.”
- Andru, WCCH
