Award It is a great site. Click there and you can instantly submit your URL to many award sites. It's free and easy, but a little slow. I've won a few from submitting my site to them!
If you are looking for a place to get your Web Site evaluated, then go to the Web Site Garage . Their comments are helpful, but a little brutal. I've used it many times to work out problems with my site.
