Welcome to Andrew Melville Hall. This is the front of the building, contrary to the picture on their website.
And this is the side of the building that my room is on. See where there's an extra floor added about half way in? The window directly under that first top room is mine.
Here's a close up. My window is the second from the top in the middle.
And welcome to my room! I tried to take pictures in a circle so you can sort of get a feel for it. I hope you like it! This first one is my desk and window, which looks out over the lake (views underneath).
My room even came with a cushy chair!
Here's the chair again, my sink, and part of my closet.
The sink and closet again.
Sink and closet, different shot, not as great. Check out the Easter Egg and picture Scott made for me! :o)
My beautiful closet/pantry. See my food stash, top shelf, all the way to the right?
My lovely bed. This is the prettiest duvet cover I've gotten yet. We have to change the bedding every two weeks, and I usually get some weird 80's print.
My shelves actually hold a lot, thank goodness. Do you like my photo collection?
My bed, skinny window looking out over the road (view underneath), and my wonderfully decorated "bulletin board."
A closer look at my bulletin board. Technically, this is the only part of my room I'm allowed to decorate. Well, forget that! I have too many pictures to use!
Finally, I bought some pretty mini daffodils to spruce up my room. I haven't killed them yet! Yay for spring!!!
It came to my attention that it doesn't look like I have a door. I assure you, my door is between the right side of the closet and my bed. I CAN escape every once and awhile!
