Due to some noisy construction at home, Susie, a snotty college freshman, goes to her sweet old Grandmother's house nearby to attend to her studies. While Susie does her homework, Grandma goes out of her way to try and make Susie's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Granny offers Susie desserts and snacks galore, but Susie finds this to be aggravating rather than hospitable. Using her apathetic attitude and foul mouth, Susie insults Grandma repeatedly, hoping she will leave her be. But Good Old Granny still has hope! After all, she is family…she's blood! With help from a photo album, Grandma tries to make Susie remember how she used to be when she was a little girl and recalls the fun times they used to have. This only enrages Susie even more and she continues with her nasty cracks and careless attitude. As Susie continues to be a little bitch despite Grandma's numerous attempts to rekindle the relationship they once had, Granny finally loses her marbles! Granny pulls out her father's old ice-pick and brutally stabs Susie to death, enjoying every bloodstained second.
Grandma's son, Jimmy hears screams as he does research on the internet in his room upstairs. He goes downstairs only to find his niece's bloody corpse lying on the kitchen floor! Desperately trying to revive her, Jimmy cries out to his mother for answers. It soon becomes apparent that this was no strange accident. It was cold blooded murder!
