Rappers - aren't they cool! They drive around in cool cars, singing about absolutly nothing more interesting than pro-drug messages whilst waving around gold and doing those dumb-ass hand movements! What a cool image - oh wait... that's the image given to them by their music companies so that impressionable people will think they're cool - indeed, why much of the US is in the state it's in is because of youths trying to be like their favourite 'rappers'!

Rap - the music of Chavs!
'Rap' or 'Hip-Hop' - a type of pop music - the favourite music of chavs, who listen to this music so they can look cool to their chavvy friends! It's also partially the inspiration for their look - the gold chains and caps, the 'sports' nature of their cars.

How to make 'rap'

'Rap' the music if unintelligent people! To create 'rap' music, all you need to do is get a slow beat, exactly the same as every other 'hip-hop' song - and some guy talking - not singing, but talking about things as interesting as 'bitches' and 'da hood'! No instruments or talent needed - just a music label to give you money to pay for an image - and a lot of the time, they even write the music for you!

All those rappers out there are desperate to make money. And they don't deny it. Take Juvenile for example. They wear big gold chains, platinum covered teeth, large gold rings with $ signs on them, and drive expensive cars. What the hell is that supposed to mean? Maybe it means they are "cool," but then again WHAT IS COOL? My theory is that rappers wear all that crap to prove that there are losers out there who will spend fifteen bucks to buy their lousy CD. You can't spell "CRAP" without "RAP!"

'It really should have remained nothing more than means of expression and reciting poetry by some inner city ghetto kids. It should never have become such a big part of the mainstream musical landscape that would linger on for 20+ years. Creating a rock song, or indeed 'real music' of any type is way harder than 'busting out a rhyme...'
