the gadgets and "upgrades" all the cars.

Alec worked with 007 on a mission in a weapons facility in the
movie GoldenEye and was nearly killed when he was captured. Feeling in
need of revenge, he then turned to crime and tried to transfer all the money in
the London banks electronicly and then destroy the evidence by destroying the
banks with the GoldenEye.
