My Time With the National Park Service
Midwest Archaeological Center (MWAC)
Canyonlands National Park, Utah

Me going along a narrow ledge about 100' up, making my way to a 700 yr old storage cist to photograph and sketch details.

Me with an ancient granary (about 700 years old)

Our archaeological team on our last day in the canyon (with our boss - who had flown out - lurking on top in the shadows). For the months we were stationed in the canyon, we passed this landmark every workday. After departing base camp and driving 17 miles on paved road, we then entered our assigned area, and then drove at another 15 miles off-road before going further on foot. Upon doing so, we passed this "anomaly" in the rock face.
More to come soon as I try to reduce the size of these pics
