Balloons by Xiomy established in 1981 by owner/event designer Justo Valdes. he currently manages the company with the help of an outstanding team of experienced decorators and movile disc jockey, several of whom have been working in the field for more than 10 years. Justo and her design staff have built an outstanding reputation by making sure that every party and/or business event is executed to perfection.
