I can't say enough about this guy. Jason is the ultimate in slice'em and dice'em horror. What's not to like about him?
About the movies...
Friday the 13th was, I guess, good for its time. It is what started the whole friday series, so it did it's job in that respect. Plus, Mrs. Vorhees kicked butt. She was absolutley mad!
Part 2 was really good. Jason just seems so "normal" in this one, aside from the fact that he has the mentality of a 3 year old, and is so eager to kill. Can I use the words normal and Jason in the same sentence?
Part 3 was awesome. The 3-D effects kicked butt(I'm kidding of course!). I can't bad talk part 3...I loved it.
Part 4 was really good too. Tommy was cool, and Jason was "dumb" as ever to fall for Tommy's plan. I was satisfied with the whole movie though.
Part 5.....argh!
Part 6 was decent. I liked how Jason came back. I liked the "battle" between Jason and Tommy, and how Jason ends up at the bottom of the lake. So 6 was cool.
Part 7...oh boy...in my opinion, this is where things start to get out of hand. I guess I dont have much of a thing for psychic powers. I really didnt enjoy seeing JASON VORHEES fighting a 'force' that was perhaps more powerful than him. So I didnt care all that much for 7, but I also do not dislike it. I guess I'm fence sitting on this one.
Then there was 8. Oh man. Jason was cool I guess. That's about it. The rest was pretty bad.
Jason goes to hell? I hate that title. In fact, i hated the whole movie! Damn did it suck!!!!
