This sketch illustrates the seating arrangement I come up with in order to get people to work collaboratively in groups who are not accustomed to working together and setting them in places where they normally do not sit.

Note that Bill, Chrystal, and Ambereen end up in a group of familiarity. No matter what combinations I tried, I could not find a way to avoid forming a group such as this one.
