On June 30th of 2007 Slade Craven walked out in front of the crowd at the Balch Springs Civic Center for the first time as The Main Man. His first match was an over the top, pin and submission 10 man match starting off against 'Samson,' whom Slade had went through the SWF Academy with. They entered training at about the same time and this was their first match against one another. After A hard fought match Slade Craven pinned Samson after hitting the 'Craven Effect' and moved on to the second round. In the second round Slade squared off against Fair Kitty who got the better of him eliminating him over the top rope.
Slade has been working with Star Wrestling Federation ever since. He has faced numerous opponents, in several different matches. He took part in the 2008 Lethal Lottery, and even holds a record in the SWF. He is the shortest reigning Texas Champion in SWF History at 45 seconds.
