It has been said before that Baystate Blue is much more intense than is apparent on the monitor. I will certify that it is true. But at least one can get an idea of what BSB looks like compared to other Noodler and Private Reserve inks.
It seems to me that many of us are either Noodlers or non-Noodlers. In my case, I find myself becoming more of a Noodler user. Not because Noodler is "better" than any other ink. Just that I seem to enjoy using it more as time goes by. Despite the extra cleaning, flushing, and work that goes into using the brand.
NOTE: After a month or so of using Baystate Blue, I decided to discontinue use. The clean-up due to needing to bleach to remove BSB from sinks, clothes, etc. became more work than I wanted to put up with. So I now use PR DC Supershow Blue for a standard blue. May try a few others to see if I find one I like more. Or may go to Noodler Midnight Blue and forego straight blues for a while.
Enjoy,
