I trained and graduated in France at the French baking school in the quality of professional baking. I have been baking since 1974. I use my own recipes. I also work in Hotel, Restaurant and in small & large operation bakery as a production Chef.

I won first and second place in 1989 at the baked foods competition for breads in the upper Midwest bakers convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota. USA.
