NOTE!! There are so many spoilers in this section...READ IF YOU'VE READ THE ALL THE MANGA AND ANIME!!

Manga-Aoi asked Takuto to name their child. The name had to be something with 'tsuki' at the end.
Anime- Hazuki named Mitsuki,because of the moon.

Manga-
Takuto jumps off a building right infront of Wakouji and commits suicide.
Anime-
Takuto jumps off his bike on purpose, and falls off a cliff.In a result,dying.

Manga-
Ooshige-san does not know about Mitsuki and Full Moon being the same person.Though,Wakouji suspected that and confronted Full Moon about it but the latter denied it rather coldly
Anime-
Mitsuki explains to Wakouji-sensei and Ooshige-san how she can turn into Full Moon,and the Shinigami.

Manga-
At first Izumi is like a villin, but he gradually gets softer by being with Mitsuki...and ends up trying to help her.
Anime-
They make it seem that HE is one of the 'bad' guys.

Manga-
Takuto transforms into a judge, so he could fail Mitsuki at the Judging performance.
Anime-
Mitsuki decides that if she fails at her performance(infront of the judges)..she will go with Takuto and Meroko with no regrets.

Manga-
Eichi dies in a plane accident,while going to America.
Anime-
Eichi dies in a car accident,after going to America.

Manga-
Mitsuki grieves at Eichi's death,and pretends that he is still alive...somewhere.
Anime-
Mitsuki daydreams and talks about Eichi alot,though she has no idea that he died two years ago.

Manga-
Takuto attempts to take Eichi's soul,but Eichi has no desire to go with Takuto; and refuses to go.
Anime-
Takuto had no clue Eichi was dead,until the Eternal Snow episode.

Manga-
Jonathan is not what he seems..
Anime-
Jonathan is just Izumi's partner and ghost that tags along with him...

Manga-
There is no trip to America because they know Eichi is gone.
Anime-
Mitsuki won the artist of the year award, and receive a Trip to America,as a prize.

Manga-
Takuto has an Ex girlfriend name Hikari.
Anime-
Takuto only has memories of Route L.

Manga- There's lots of background information on Route L
Anime-There is only some memories about Route L,but no detailed specifics.

Manga-Madoka tells Mitsuki that she only made it because she had a cute face.
Anime-Mitsuki was told that she only made it because she had a cute face,by some random girl at the audition.Mitsuki doesn't see Madoka until she tries out for the Mermaid Tear commercial.

Manga-Madoka is from Real Music and Full Moon is from SEED Records.
Anime-Madoka and Full Moon are from the same company, SEED Records.

Manga- Mitsuki met Eichi at an orphanage.
Anime- Mitsuki met Eichi at a hospital.

Manga- Eichi was four years older then mitsuki in the manga.Which is why Mitsuki filled her age as 16 in her audition form (So she and Eichi would be the same age..
Anime-Eichi was six years older then Mitsuki.

Manga-Izumi loves Meroko after breaking her heart,and continues to steal her heart.
Anime-Izumi loves Meroko after breaking her heart,but then decides to give up on her..because she loves Takuto so much.
