and secure the happiness of our members, establish this Constitution for the DaRk AnArChY. Article. I. Section 1. All Legislative and Judicial Powers herein granted shall be vested in The "DaRk Council" of DaRk~, which shall consist of the leaders Of DaRk~ Clause 1: The DaRk Council shall be composed of the leaders of DaRk~ and further on more trusted members. Clause 2: No Person shall be a DaRk Council Member who shall not have been in the clan for less than 6 months, and been a clan member for more than 12 months. Clause 3: The DaRk Council shall chuse the Leader Of The DaRk Council and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Declaring War along with the Master Of War. Clause 4: The DaRk Coucnil shall assemble at least twice in every week, and such Meeting shall be on a Monday & Friday, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day. Clause 5: All laws/rules that the DaRk Council passes shall be followed by the rest of the clan. Clause 6: The DaRk Council shall set the punishment and shall judge a member for a wrong doing they have done. Article II. Section 1. All other power such as Judicial and Excutive powers go to the Master Of DaRk, Master Of Recruitment, and Master Of WAr . Clause 1: The Master Of Recruitment will be the only to deal with Recruitement issues. Clause 2: The Master Of Members will be a judge on minor issues such as trash talking, not following minor rules ect... Clause 3: The Master Of War shall help the Master Of Members maintain armies and help set up training sessions. Clause 4: The Master Of War And the Master Of Recruitement are the only ones that can demote, promote. Clause 5: The Master Of Recruitement is the only one that can let someone join and kick someone out the clan, unless he has assinged another member to help him with his duties. Article III. Section 1. Joining DaRk~ should not be anything easy, so a person to be able to join most follow this procedure. Clause 1: They most play every member of the Inner DaRk Council on a diffrent map for each person. Clause 2: If a DaRk Council member can not participate in his Try-Out for a good reason, he can pass his try out on to another current member, or has to interview the person wanting to join and present a good reason why he/she let the person join. Section 2. Clause 1: If one of the DaRk Council members doesent want a person to join, he can dodge/not play the try out if he does not want. Clause 2: After 2 weeks if the person hasent been let in he will be removed from being considered and most start all over. Article V. Section 1. Clause 1: When the population of the clan gets out of control the Master Of Members is in charge to re-make try outs to possibly boot current members that dont have the skill required to stay in the clan, this try out can only be for anyone under DaRk General. Clause 2: The Master Of Members and only he can stop recruitement if he tells the DaRk Council to many people are in the clan and he is stoping Recruitment he can do that. Article IV. Section 1. Clan Rights Clause 1-To get into a Non-Friendly war. Clause 2-To set allies and Enemies. Clause 3-To make a alliance with as many clans as the clan wants/needs. Clause 4-To only play humans. Clause 5-To keep up human pride. Clause 6-Not to abuse/talk trash/hack. Section 2. Officers Rights Clause 1-To train our less skilled members. Clause 2-To participate in any forgein affairs with other clans.(Ex: in other games, or servers) Clause 3-To refuse to go to training. Clause 4-To refuse to recruit. Clause 5-To speak their mind. Clause 6-To ladder. Clause 7-To "Brag" after they win. Clause 8-Not to except free wins of any kind.(Ex: Unfair because of hacking or newbies etc...) Clause 9-To wear the l)aRk tag. Section 3. Members Rights Clause 1-To wear the l)aRk Tag. Clause 2-To speak their mind. Clause 3-To "Brag" After a win. Clause 4-To take a win be it fair or not.(Ex: Unfair because of hacking or newbies etc...)
