I've been lazy and not posted any news or updates here for a while. So I'm here to do that now. :P
Acer is currently updating the server (as of 1:14 PM CST) files. I'm not specifically sure when he'll be done, but when he is, I'll post it here and what's new with the server and along with any downloads (if any). Sorry for keeping everyone in the dark.

Wee! The tileset is now updated for the most part. There may be minor additions in the near future. though. Head on over to the downloads page and get it now!
I was able to get some really nice tiles from Phylomortis and RPG2KNet. Just in case people might begin to consider me as a thief. Everything new in this tileset I got from one of the 2 sites, plus I edited some myself. Enjoy. =) (NOTE: The Tileset had a couple bad tiles. I updated it now, and you can download it to fix it).

A lot has been going on, and a lot of changes have been made. There's a new tileset to download, and an updated client with version 1.0cx3 and the new tiles. If you don't have either of them, you might want to get them now. :)
If you already have version 1.0cx3 of the client, please go to your data.ini file and change the port number to 7224. If you do not, then you'll end up on another player world. Thanks. :)

I will also keep the old alturiak website up and running and updated too due to the lack of bandwidth here. You can find the site HERE. You might want to keep both sites bookmarked in case.

I have updated the downloads page with the new client. Unfortunately, the instructions on how to set the game is a bit complicated at the moment. Please bare with me, and follow the instructions carefully.
As of 11:10PM CST, the server is still down. Waiting on ACER to set up the server and start it up. Thank you for being patient. =)

New tileset is up for downloading. I recommend downloading it, or the graphics on game will look rather ugly in some places. =) Just download and replace the existing one. Please note that there will be quite a few tile updates within the next week or 2. Trying to get better tiles into the game, but unfortunately, as you've probably seen, the tileset is a huge mess. =(

As you may have noticed, the server has been going down a lot in the last couple of days. This has been the work of 2 certain hackers (we know who they are, too). Troll is trying his best to resolve this problem and make these hackers think, while playing the part of Bubba's Buttery Cornhole, that all this wasn't worth the problems they'll have in the future. =)

Also, if you were accidently banned, please let me know. Your ban will be removed.
In other news, I have an updated tileset for everyone. It includes a couple new tiles, plus the fix for some of the messed up tiles that take some of the other tile pieces they're not suppose to. Please download that. =)
Also updated the Client with all the new files.

New music midis are up for the game. They're not required to download. But if you like listening to the music in game, then you can download these. The new midis are from FF6 and FF7. Enjoy. =)
