In order to perform an ADLF Operation, you must abide by the following rules and requirements. No Exceptions.
1.) An ADLF Founder must approve any and all operations. No exceptions. Neither the Co-Founder, nor anyone else can authorize an ADLF Operation. If you perform an ADLF Operation on another Commander's authority, you, along with the authorizing Commander, shall be placed on a minimum one-month probation. During this time, the member will surrender all privileges granted by the ADLF. Upon completion of the probation, the charged party or parties shall remain idle for a period of, but not limited to, 1-5 days while the founders, along with other members of the ADLF Command, decide the fate of the convicted party or parties. Should the ADLF Commanders decide to terminate the membership, then the member will be removed from all ADLF related channels at once. No re-entry into the ADLF will be permitted.
Again, the founders are the only people who can authorize an ADLF Approved Operations. Any other individuals are not in a position to authorize such actions. DO NOT attempt any type of operation without proper authorization. The ADLF is not in the business of hostile takeovers or floods. The ADLF DOES NOT initiate a war with another channel. Also, the ADLF is in no way out to take over a network.
2.) #DeniedX, the home of the ADLF is a restricted channel. All members are given SOP capabilities. This allows each member to have an equal amount of power within the channel. Under no circumstances is anyone to be added to the SOP List without proper authorization. If there are any additions to the SOP List without proper authorization, the newly added member will be kicked and banned as will the current ADLF member who performed the addition. The current ADLF member who performed the addition will remain banned from #DeniedX until the ADLF Commanders can render a decision as to whether or not said member is to remain with the ADLF, or if it is in the ADLF's best interest to terminate membership for the member in question. If the member in question is to remain a member of the ADLF, then said member should be placed on a probation period of no less than two weeks. During the probation period, the member guilty of violating ADLF Regulations, shall be removed from the SOP List of #DeniedX, hereby banning him/her from #DeniedX until probation is served. While on active probation, said member will report to #ADLF-Training. Upon completion of probation, said member may be required to wait up to, but not limited to, five days while the ADLF Commanders decide whether or not to reinstate said member back into the ADLF with full security clearance. If the member is granted another chance, it will be the last. Any offenses after probation shall result in termination from the ADLF. This applies to all members, including the ADLF Commanders.
3.) Under no circumstances is ANY member of ADLF to attack a channel that has an alliance with ADLF. This is to include any members of that channel. If the channel has an alliance with ADLF, it is not open for any attacks from ADLF. Only the Founders can terminate an alliance and thus, authorize any takeovers and/or floods of that specific channel. Once authorized by the Founders, the remainder of the ADLF Commanders may assume authorization capabilities. Should any acts of this nature take place without proper authorization, it will be considered an act of war against ADLF. The guilty party or parties will be banned from #DeniedX, as well as all other channels associated with ADLF. In addition, the guilty party or parties will be terminated from ADLF immediately. No re-entry into ADLF will be permitted.
4.)ADLF currently operates out of two channels. They are #ADLF, and #DeniedX. All members of ADLF are REQUIRED to occupy and monitor both of these channels. Failure to do so will result in a release from ADLF. No questions asked. It is not all that difficult. We must monitor the channels for spammers and hackers/trouble makers. ADLF will not tolerate having these individuals invading its channels for the sole purpose of insulting ADLF. This rule, just as the others, applies to both ADLF Commanders and Crew.
5.) RESPECT THE CHAIN OF COMMAND!! This rule reflects back to rule number one. You MUST go through the chain of command for any operations involving ADLF. The Founders of ADLF make the final decision on all matters concerning ADLF. Anyone who does not comply with the decision set forth by the Founders shall be placed on a minimum one-month probation. During this time, the respective member will lose access to #DeniedX, as well as lose all SOP privileges within all ADLF channels. This applies to both Commanders and Crew alike. Simply put, all ADLF operations must be approved by the Founders. If a Founder is not on line at the time, then you must wait for a Founder to sign on. No other members of ADLF Command can authorize any ADLF operations. The only exception to this is when both Founders will be offline for a predetermined period of time. In such a situation, the Co-Founders will be appointed as Acting Founders until the Founders return to online status. It is at this time only, that a Co-Founder, and ONLY the Co-Founder can authorize an ADLF operation.
6.) As a member of ADLF, whether you are a member of ADLF Command or ADLF Crew, you are required to make an appearance online at least once a day. If you are going to be offline for a period exceeding one week, you must either notify one of the Founders online, or, if no Founders are online, send a memo to both Founders. Doing so will relieve you of your duties with the ADLF without penalty. When parting for a period exceeding one week, you must inform the Founders as to exactly how long you will be offline. In doing so, you have promised the Founders as to when you will return to online status. You will be granted a maximum two-day grace period. This means, that if you inform the Founders that you will be gone for a total of 8 days, you can return to online status by the 11th day without penalty. Should any member exceed the grace period, he/she will be placed on a minimum two-week probation. All penalties associated with standard probation procedures will be placed into affect. Should any member be offline for a period exceeding one week, without notification being given to the Founders, said member shall be placed on a minimum one-month probation. Again, all penalties associated with standard probation procedures will be placed into affect.
The ADLF assumes no responsibility should your host or ISP be banned from a particular server. The ADLF does not promote actions that would cause such an occurrence to take place.
