Toka was born in his home woods of Everwood Park, as a pup he played with his family friends and other pups. Once grown Toka moved from home to the city getting an apartment in Queens, New York where he met up with a vampire named Apollo Blade, a trustee in his family’s company the Blue Moon Corporation. They became fast friends and opened up a Private Investigations office which they so rightfully named Goldwin and Blade Investigations.
