Annette's Pecan Pie Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark Karo corn syrup
  • 3 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
  • 2 tablespoons butter(melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    Preparation::
    Beat eggs very well, then and sugar together until thick. Add Karo,
    pecans, and vanilla and pour into crust. Bake in a
    slow oven at 300° F for 1 hour.
