Grilled Shrimp Alfreado
  • 1lb Shrimp
  • 2 Stick real butter
  • 2 bunches onion (cut up)
  • 2pt heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shreded parmesan cheese
  • Chef paul seafood seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • 16oz bow tie pasta
  • 1pk sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large tomato

Melt 1 stick of butter 4qt pot. Add 1/2
onions,cook 2 min. Add cream and about 3tbs
chef pauls, salt to taste. Add grated parmesan
cook on med. heat about 30min, stir to keep from
sticking. might need to add 2tbs of corn starch.
disolve corn starch in cold warer.
Put chef paul seafood seasoning on shrimp.
put on, grill cook about 10min or untill done.
cook pasta as per pack.
cook mushrooms in butter season to taste.
add diced tomatos turn off heat.
arange pasta on plate, cover in sauce.
arange mushrooms,tomatos on the plate.
add cooked shrimp on the top
take green onions and shreeded parmesan put
on top. then sprinkel season on the top.
(makes 6 plates.) enjoy.



Shrimp Fetuccine

  • 16oz Fetuccine Pasta
  • 1 stick real butter
  • sm block mexican velveta
  • 2 pt cream
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 3 Tbs chef paul seafood season
  • salt to taste
  • 2 large potatos (diced)
  • 1 pound shrimp

    In 4qt pot melt butter, add onions, cook about 5 min.
    add cream, add cheese. add salt (to taste) and potatos
    start cooking your pasta drain when done.
    cook sauce about 30min or untill thick.
    add shrimp, and season with chef paul.
    cook till shrimp are done. serv(6).



    Caesar Chicken Pasta

  • 16oz whole wheat spiral pasta
  • 4 whole chicken breast
  • 1 pk sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices hot pepper cheese
  • one bunch green onions chopped
  • 2 tbs butter
  • konriko season to taste
  • 1 lg diced tomato
  • sm bottle ceaser dressing

    cook pasta, drain well. melt butter in 2qt skillet
    put onions, chicken, and season. Cook about 15 min.
    add mushrooms, and tomato. Take chicken out when
    done. toss pasta with everthing in skillet.
    add ceaser dressing, salt to taste.
    serve pasta on plate add chicken on top, put cheese
    on top of chicken serve whene cheese melts.
