Hello and welcome to Katie B.'s Homepage.  I'm a Miniature Schnauzer who LOVES attention!!!  So this site is dedicated TO and all ABOUT ME!!!  Now, I have to give some credit to my Mom and Dad---they did do all of the work.  But what can I say?  They think I am WORTH IT!!!!

I was born December 3rd, 1995 in Montgomery, Louisiana.  But this really cool couple, Audrey & Gary---my Mom and Dad---just could not resist a 14 ounce baby girl, so they adopted me and brought me to live with them in Shreveport, Louisiana---and as they say, "The rest is history!"

Everyone says that I am "spoiled rotten", but that is not entirely my fault.  The "only child" thing ya know!  Hope you enjoy my pictures and insights into my life. You can see how I celebrate Halloween ,Christmas ,Easter & Mardi Gras, & just me hanging out  Although I have been accused, and rather harshly I might add, of being a tad bit self-centered, I do like showing off my friends too.  So even though this is MY PAGE---I have some wonderful people in my life that I will share with you here. There are also some people and pals whom I miss dearly, and pay tribute to them here.

My parents bleed Purple and Geauxld--for the uninitiated, that means they are avid FANS. So you can find out about LSU Sports here too, especially LSU Football.

IF DOGS WERE TEACHERS, you would learn stuff like.....

.....When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
.....Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
.....Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
.....When it's in your best interest--practice obedience.
.....Let others know when they have invaded your territory.

.....Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
.....Run, romp and play daily.
.....Avoid biting, when a simple growl will do.
.....On warm days, stop and lie on your back in the grass.
.....On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
.....When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
.....No matter how often you're scolded, don't buy into the guilt thing and pout...run right back and make      friends.
.....Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
.....Eat with gusto and enthusiasm. Stop when you have had enough.
.....Be loyal.
.....Never pretend to be something you are not.
.....If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
.....When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.
