Showdown!
January 10th, 2012 --
The first Showdown! of the new year is LIVE! on HBO After Dark in High Definition. It is a huge tuesday night in Denver, Colorado inside the Pepsi Center. We open up with pyros going off everywhere!!! The fans are all on their feet for this first Showdown! of the year. After we show an inside shot of the soldout Pepsi Center we then cut to a video package that's dedicated to the XWF's 2012 "End of the World" tour. Then we cut backstage where Bob Levy is standing by backstage with Mr Lucente.
Bob Levy: How are you feeling?
Mr Lucente: I feel like crap but thanks for asking.
Bob Levy: Are we going to be seeing Adkins and Shotgun tonight?
Mr Lucente: I can tell you right now that Carlos Shotgun is IN the building! Adkins has yet to arrive, but when he does I want him to come directly to my office.

We cut to ringside where Jim Ross, and Jerry "The King" Lawler are doing their usual commentary spiel.
Nick Rude vs. The Maniac Wilson -
We open up the night to Nick Rude already in the ring, and he is egging the XWF fans on!! The people respond by giving him tons of heat as Danielle Worley tries to speak over the loud audience, and after she's done introducing Nick Rude. She goes on to introduce The Maniac Wilson!!
Jim Ross: Not so sure about this man King.
Jerry Lawler: Me neither J.R. But, he sure looks spooky in that outfit, and comes down to some deranged music. What is with that leather mask J.R.? You can't see who it is underneath that thing . . .
Jim Ross: What makes you think it's anyone important?
The Maniac Wilson slithers under the ropes, and in to the ring. He gets right up in Nick Rude's face, and Nick Rude motions for referee Shawn Green to do something about this! The referee Shawn Green instructs both men on the rules, and then calls for the bell. DING DING!
Right away it's The Maniac Wilson raking Nick Rude's eyes, and then giving him a hard chop across the chest, "WOOO!" He backs Rude up in to the corner, and gives him another hard chop. "WOOOOOO!" He then goes to irishwhip Rude. But, instead Rude hits the brakes, and reverses it with a hard Clothesline! He takes The Maniac Wilson down, and people begin to BOO in Denver, Colorado. Nick Rude doesn't care, and goes for the cover, 1, kick out! Rude argues with the ref, and goes to pick The Maniac Wilson up by his head.
Jim Ross: Rude trying to score an early pinfall.
The Maniac Wilson suddenly grabs Rude by the head, and gives him a great looking Snapmare! He turns that in to a Cobra Clutch type of maneuver as he wears Nick Rude down, and almost gets him to tap! But, Rude claws his way out of it, and the ref counts him off as he pokes the Maniac Wilson in the eyes.
Jerry Lawler: Oww! Those eye holes are the only thing he has to really see out of too.. I wonder how he breathes in that contraption??
Jim Ross: I'm sure he can breathe King. ..
The Maniac Wilson gets to his feet, and kicks Nick Rude in the gut. He brings him in for a quality DDT! He plants him with that, and the fans mark out for him! Maniac Wilson then signals for his finisher, and out of nowhere he blasts Nick Rude with a Codebreaker!! He goes to crawl over to Rude, and instead just examines what he's done. The XWF fans are cheering for The Maniac Wilson coincidentally as he gets to his feet, and rushes over to the ropes executing a terrific Lionsault!!! He then hooks the leg on Nick Rude, and gets the 1, 2, 3!!!
Jim Ross: Wow. Impressive victory for this individual! We were all wondering who this man.. The Maniac Wilson was, and here he is ... in his debut taking down newcomer Nick Rude rather easily. I hope to see Nick Rude bounce back soon.
Jerry Lawler: You think he will J.R? I don't know. The Maniac Wilson might have scared the living day lights out of him ..
Jim Ross: He is a STRANGE individual. Anyway! Up next we got Hayden Truesdale versus Yarmouth Blade.. stay tuned for that! You are watching Showdown! only on HBO After Dark.
The fans cheer for the man in the brown leather mask as The Maniac Wilson dips thru the curtains, and we then cut backstage for our next segment.

Backstage we have Hayden Truesdale standing by with Flo Stanley before his upcoming matchup.
Hayden Truesdale: You know just as well as I do Flo. That I want it more than Yarmouth Blade!! Sure .. he is a lot bigger than me. But it's the fight in the dog that counts! Tonight I am going to make easy work of one Yarmouth Blade, and then it's on down the road to Total Annihilation. I'm told I don't have an opponent yet. But, hey .. you never know when . .. an opportunity .. will.. hah, present itself. I got just the thing Flo! First watch this match, and watch what I do to Yarmouth Blade. Then tune in later to see what I got planned to get me on the card at Total Annihilation!
Flo Stanley curiously looks on with her microphone in hand as newcomer Hayden Truesdale walks away.
Hayden Truesdale vs. Yarmouth Blade
We cut to ringside where Yarmouth Blade is in the ring already being introduced by Danielle Worley. Their official referee for this matchup will me Jake Evans, and we hear Hayden Truesdale's theme music kick on!! The people inside the Pepsi Center cheer for this kid! As he makes his way down the ramp, and claps a few hands on the way. You can spot a few "Truesdale" signs in the crowd tonight.
Jim Ross: Going to be a hot match! Two competitors meeting at differen junctures in their lives. One seemingly picking up steam here in 2012. While the other looks to be on the outs ever since his buddy The Hellion was singled-out.
Jerry Lawler: We all got our own problems J.R.
The referee calls for the bell. DING DING! Fans cheer for Hayden as he circles around Yarmouth Blade, and gets in his head. He riles up the fans! Hayden goes for the first strike, and ducks a big right hand by Yarmouth. Then Hayden Truesdale spins Yarmouth Blade around and decks him with an inside forearm! Another inside forearm!! Hayden Truesdale backs up to the ropes, and comes rushing in for a Spinning Hurricanrana!
Jim Ross: Nice high flying move by Hayden Truesdale! Good young rookie.
Yarmouth Blade tries to rush in after him. But, Hayden Truesdale completely leaps him, and rolls him up for the 1, 2, kick out!! Just in time the big man kicks out, and the fans are rooting Hayden Truesdale on still!! He gets to his feet, and springs up to the top turnbuckle in no time. He then spins around in mid-air, and catches Yarmouth Blade with a crazy Corkscrew Crossbody as he takes him down!! The fans explode for Hayden! As he gets up and begins hammering on Yarmouth Blade's face!
Jim Ross: Setting an example! That's for sure.
Hayden Truesdale calls on the fans, and then sets up Yarmouth Blade for his finisher. He goes for the "Fall of the 4 Horseman". And connects with that excruciating Crucifix Powerbomb!!!!
Jim Ross: Unbelievable! Do you think that's something or what?? FALL of the 4 HORSEMAN indeed!!!
We watch as Hayden Truesdale covers Yarmouth Blade up for the easy 1, 2, 3! The crowd cheers for him!!! He hops to his feet, and raises his hands in an "X-Formation". The fans really mark out for the new guy, and let him hear it here in Denver, Colorado.

"Dangerous" Cliff Saxton, and the 7'5'' Gigantis are walking backstage on their own after just having a conversation with The Dark Stranger, Heather Black, and Lady Gaga. They are heading back to their dressing room when they the man known as The Maniac Wilson brushes right by them. Cliff Saxton looks appauld as The Maniac Wilson dressed in his brown leather mask walks right passed them.
"Dangerous" Cliff Saxton: Watch where you're going. YOUuuU. . ffRFREEEAKKK!!
Cliff Saxton slaps Gigantis across the chest, and the big giant starts to chuckle at Cliff Saxton a bit. As they walk on down the hallway, and stop at a Pepsi machine of all things.
Alexis Diamond vs. Kelsey Marxx
Back at ringside Kelsey Marxx is already in the ring, and receiving mixed reactions from the crowd here in Denver, Colorado! As Danielle Worley introduces her, and the referee on charge appears to be Amari Scottsdale. Meanwhile, it's Alexis Diamond's theme music who hits, and she's wearing a TIM TEBOW jersey!! The XWF fans mark out hard, and she rushes towards the ring. She slides in the ring, and hops up on the turnbuckle. She shouts out at the fans, and poses for a moment! But, before the bell officially rings it's Kelsey Marxx who pounces, and takes her down! She drags Alexis Diamond to the mat, and stomps away!! DING DING! The bell rings, and Kelsey goes for an early pin. 1, 2, foot on the rope! Kelsey Marxx stands back up, and drops a quick elbow. She covers Alexis up again 1, 2, kick out!! Kelsey Marxx screams out, and the fans start to BOO her.
Jim Ross: Well the fans don't seem to be a fan of her .. ..
Jerry Lawler: Well, what you expect. The other girl.. what's her name.. Alexis Diamond. She comes out wearing the hometown jersey. It's TEBOW TIME! It's DIAMOND time JR!!
Jim Ross: Well, she got Kelsey Marxx working her over in the corner. Rumors have it ... the XWF Women's Title.. .. that's right.. the WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP will be returning. It will all go down in a Final 4 Tournament... at Total Annihilation!!!
Jerry Lawler: That's remarkable. 4 women! You've got to win 2 times in one night to be crowned the Women's Champion.. don't get any better than this. Apparently... there are other rumors that suggest that there's more women on the way J.R. More puppies!! Haha...
Kelsey Marxx delivers a sharp Bulldog to Alexis Diamond in the ring, and goes for the cover again. 1, 2, kick out!!
Jim Ross: Well, only 4 women will get the chance. Mr. Lucente will hand pick those women I'm sure ... 4 women... 1 Women's Champion comes out on top at the very first pay per view of the new year!!
Jerry Lawler: It's the 2012 XWF End of the World tour, and I love it JR!!
Kelsey Marxx lifts Alexis Diamond off the ground, and goes for a strong Suplex!!! She plants Alexis Diamond on the canvas pretty hard, and Diamond rolls out of the ring grasping her shoulder in pain. Kelsey calls her back in the ring! But, Alexis Diamond continues walking up the ramp. The fans don't know what to think as the referee begins the 10-count. Kelsey Marxx keeps calling her on!! She calls her back in the ring. ". ... 6 ... . ..7 . .. ... 8 ... ..
Jim Ross: Well, there is a Women's Tournament coming up. Maybe Alexis Diamond is just saving herself!
The referee Amari Scottsdale continues that countout, and the fans chant along with him, " .. 9. .... .... 10!!" It appears that Alexis Diamond has been counted out as she exits through the curtains holding her shoulder, and Kelsey Marxx wins with a countout after an ambush attack.

Backstage we have Cliff Saxton with Gigantis ready to conduct an interview with Bob Levy.
"Dangerous" Cliff Saxton: As I was saying, Bob. The thing about my rise to the top of the XWF is simple. It's meant to be. It's more than destiny. It's ... a certainty. I will be the XWF World Champion one day! Oh yes I will. I will be the Xtreme Champion. Even though Hawking Ripper has got a way with a few lucky ones. I have never involved my giant. Who ever since Knighthawk, and Del Rio split.. has been waiting to get his hands around someone's head, and squeeze the life out of him with that deadly move the Migraine! But make no mistake about it. This 7 foot 5 giant standing next to me..,. me, myself, and Gigantis will be a force to be wreckon with in 2012. I don't have to already tell you about the Dark Stranger. After all he's already in the main event. The first main event of the year. So, you see.. Skeletons of Society hasn't perished. Oh no. "Dangerous" Cliff Saxton is alive and well... I mean--
Cliff Saxton goes to deliver his catchphrase when Alexis Diamond bumps in to him, and gets real heated with him.
Alexis Diamond: What's your problem Saxton??!
"Dangerous" Cliff Saxton: Hey! You ran in to me. . .
Suddenly, it's Kelsey Marxx who goes to attack, and lays Diamond down with a Spear Tackle. You watch as Saxton, and Gigantis walk away from the scene. As you witness Marxx start beating the living crap out of Alexis Diamond!! That's when Rachael Manning runs up, and tries to calm the violence.
Rachael Manning: Hey! Break it up!! Break it up girls!!! Save it for the tournament. . .
She tries grabbing Kelsey Marxx by the shoulder, and so Marxx stands out of the rubble. She leaves Diamond face down on the set that they just tore down. Marxx then faces Manning, and you can see that Rachael is a little intimidated.
Kelsey Marxx: Why don't you MIND your OWN buisness!!
Kelsey Marxx puts her palm in Rachael Manning's face, and shoves her to the ground. In the background we see Lynn Storm the sister of Ashton Storm, and a new woman by the name of Nevaeh watching on down the hallway. Kelsey Marxx goes back to work on Alexis Diamond, and suddenly you see Rachael Manning sneak up with a steel chair raised above her head. Screaming her lungs out!
Rachael Manning: THAT'S IT!!!! THAT'SS ITTT!!!
Rachael Manning swings with all her might, and cracks the spine of Kelsey Marxx!! She slams her again over the back of the head!!!! Officials rush to break it up, and you see the girls giggling as they watch on. Mr. Lucente walks up out of nowhere, and the crowd is stunned. So are all the women standing around.
Mr. Lucente: What in the hell is the meaning of this???
Rachael Manning: Mister Lucente.. but, uh ..
Mr. Lucente: Damnit Manning! You leave me no choice. Tonight... I am going to have to pull you from the competition. That means it will be a handicap match tonight with YOUR boys The Dog Pound .. versus Mike Dimter, Xavier Star, and the FIRST LADY of WRESTLING.. oh yeah, Ashton Storm!!!
You could hear the crowd BOO'ing as Mr. Lucente smiles. He then looks Rachael Manning over.
Mr. Lucente: However, I like the fire. Since I don't think Kelsey Marxx will be in no shape to perform .. at Total Annihilation. I'm sure by now you have heard the rumors. We will be havinga WOMEN'S FINAL FOUR tournament!! That's right. At the next pay per view... in Los Angeles, California!! Before it breaks off the country, and splits in to the ocean.. we will be hosting TOTAL ANNIHILATION there!! We will also be crowning a new XWF Women's Champion. .
The crowd could be heard POPPING as Rachael Manning looks on, and you can see Nevaeh getting closer to Mr. Lucente.
Mr. Lucente: Oh, Nevaeh! I thought you'd show your face. You want to be Women's Champion? You want to compete in the XWF? Sure. You can do that! You will get a fair, and equal shot like the rest of these women.. ... but, you will go up against the Storm family! You will face Ashton Storm in the first round of our tournament. If you win you will advance to the Finals to face the winner of Rachael Manning versus . ... Alexis Diamond!!! Goodluck women! We will have a new champion, and by god .. it happens at the first pay per view .. of the XWF's 2012 End of the World tour!!!!!
Mr. Lucente lets out a crazy laugh to himself, and snorts on camera. As the scene ends.
"Dangerous" Cliff Saxton vs. "The Savior" Josh Davis - Xtreme Rules
Danielle Worley introduces Josh Davis first, and he gets a decent ovation from this crowd tonight!! People seem to really want to be pulling for Josh Davis as he makes his way to the ring! You then hear "Dangerous" Cliff Saxton's theme music hit, and Danielle Worley introduces him next!! The referee on hand is Jake Evans, and the fans don't seem to like none of these guys.
Jim Ross: Tough crowd.
Jerry Lawler: What can you say about these 2?
Cliff Saxton locks up with Josh Davis in the center of the ring as soon as the bell sounds. DING DING! They try to push each other around. Saxton strikes first with a hard knee. Davis counters, by spinning around his back, and then finishing him off with some sort of Round House Kick of his own!! Saxton gets knocked backwards on his butt, and his head smacks the canvas! Josh Davis makes the fast cover, and gets the 1, 2, kick out!! The fans boo! They want to see Saxton lose it appears.
Jim Ross: Both men have a lot to prove in 2012 if you ask me.
Josh Davis gets on Cliff Saxton early, and works him over in the ropes. He stomps away at Saxton as he tries to pull himself up. Davis slams him with a hard forearm to the back, and kicks him in the skull. Saxton falls to the mat, and starts to slowly pull himself up on the ropes. Josh Davis back up, and rushes in! But, Saxton ducks the Spinning Heel Kick, and Davis gets tangled up in the ropes. Saxton uses that to his advantage, and ties Davis up on the ropes then. He places his head in between the 2nd rope, and the top rope. He goes to tie his arms up in a predictament. But, Davis fights his way out of it. With hard right hands, and a couple headbutts!! Saxton falls back in to the ring, and Davis situates himself on the outside apron. He goes to Springboard in. But, Saxton stops him with a nice right hand! Davis keeps his balance on the outside apron though, and Saxton then goes for a Suplex. But, Davis blocks it, and goes to Suplex him to the outside. Saxton punches his way out of it, and backs up. He goes to Dropkick Davis on the apron! But, Davis ducks, and Saxton misses his mark! Davis then signals to the fans before hopping up on the top rope, and goes for a Springboard in to a Rollup! As Saxton catches him, and falls over on his shoulders for the 1, 2, kick out!
Jim Ross: Saxton barely gets a shoulder up!
Josh Davis goes to stand to his feet, and Cliff Saxton kicks him in the junk!! The XWF fans begin to BOO him hard, and Saxton doesn't mind the heat! He elbows Davis in the forehead, and the referee just warns Saxton to watch that below the belt stuff. Saxton then sets up for his finisher, and drills that Killswitch! He covers up Josh Davis out of nowhere for the 1, 2, 3!
Jerry Lawler: Well there ya go.
Cliff Saxton has won, and the fans don't like him! Josh Davis tries to shake off that low blow as he rolls around the ring holding his groin. Saxton smiles at him as he exits backwards up the ramp. Suddenly that's when The Maniac Wilson attacks!!! The Maniac Wilson waits for Saxton to turn around, and then when he does he drills him with a reverse Zig Zag!! Better known maybe now as "The Little Jimmy"!!! The fans are excited that it happend right out in front of them on the ramp like that! But nobody knows what to expect from this man in the brown leather mask as he exits up the ramp staring Josh Davis down the whole way.

We cut to the parking lot area where a black limo with tinted windows has pulled up.
Jim Ross: Looks like the World Heavyweight Champion has finally... Wait a minute.
The door opens up and it's Sasha Shotgun!
Jim Ross: What is she doing here? Why is she here and not Adkins?

We have Mitch Keller standing backstage with The Ray before his next matchup.
Mitch Keller: So what do you say Ray? Tonight you go 1-on-1 with Ryan Ryder in an Xtreme Rules match . ..
The Ray: Listen bro! I haven't lost a match since I signed on that dotted line. I am hot. F-I-R-E. I mean! I am ON FIRE broski! Can you dig the threads? Can you dig the winning streak? If I win again tonight then I have never lost a match in my XWF career. I think that's earned me something Mitch! If you know what I'm talking about?
Mitch Keller: You think you deserve a title match???
The Ray: Yeah. But, I'm not even talking about the World Heavyweight Champion. I'm only talking about that Xtreme Title that that xtreme bucket head has over his shoulder as we speak! I mean no offence to Hawking Ripper. But, I'm undefeated bro! I say that no matter who wins tonight in the main event. If I go out there, and I BEAT Ryan Ryder. Then I have EARNED my Xtreme Title shot. So weather it be the Dark Stranger. Or weather it be Hawking Ripper! Makes no difference to me.
The fans can be heard cheering when he says Ripper's name!!! But, they boo for The Dark Stranger, and The Ray. He tries to play it off like it's okay though in front of Mitch Keller.
The Ray: Broski. It's only a matter of time before I'm the Xtreme Champ! I've earned that right. I'm going to remain undefeated tonight. And I'm GOING to continue my STREAK at Total Annihilation! Be there, or be square. If you accept my challenge...? I hope you're only MAN ENOUGH!
The Ray jolts off, and Mitch Keller is left with some dead air.
Mitch Keller: Well, that's some cocky words from a man who was burned by Jer--
The Ray walks back in, and he's a little mad now.
The Ray: What were you saying Mitch?? ... I get it! I get it. Besides that ONE FAN of mine. My one true BROSKI holding my sign out there tonight. Not a SINGLE sign in sight Mitch! But, that's okay. My friend Chavo is also in the audience cheering me on. I know I was burnt by Jerry Lawler. But, not even the King himself could beat me! What makes you think the Xtreme Champ.. whoever it is... can BEAT me at our next pay per view? I DOUBT they can! You know why Mitchie? Cuz. That's how I roll!
Now the Ray leaves for good, and we cut to ringside for his next matchup. Going for that undefeated streak dating back to early October.
Ryan Ryder vs. The Ray - Xtreme Rules
Danielle Worley is in the ring to do the ring announcing for our next contest. Ryan Ryder makes his way out first as the crowd gives off a good reaction. Ryder enters the ring and circles around as The Ray makes his way out next.
Jim Ross: The Ray has plenty of fans out here tonight.
Jerry Lawler: Looks that way JR. He also has a test tonight against Ryder!
The Ray poses on the turnbuckle and turns around to a kick to the midsection from Ryder. The referee calls for the bell.
Jim Ross: Ryder attacks early but the ref starts the match anyway.
Jerry Lawler: Conspiracy!
Ryder with a punch, kick, punch, clothesline knocks down the Ray. The crowd doesn't seem to approve of Ryder's early attack but Ryder doesn't care. The Ray tries to get back to his feet and takes a bodyslam. Ryder off the ropes. The Ray rolls out of the way of an elbowdrop. Ryder goes for another one and misses again. The Ray gets back to his feet and hits a standing dropkick. The Ray covers. 1... 2... Ryder kicks out.
Jim Ross: Nice standing dropkick by the man from Miami, Florida.
Jerry Lawler: You think that the Ray hangs out with Razor Ramon?
Jim Ross: I don't King what do you think?
The Ray picks up Ryder and hits a vertical suplex and covers again. 1... 2... Ryder kicks out.
Jim Ross: Ryder kicks out of another pinfall attempt.
The Ray picks up Ryder and throws him into the turnbuckle. Ryder hits hard but Ray runs right into a boot. The Ray stumbles out of the corner and Ryder grabs a hand full of hair and slams him down to the apron. The referee starts yelling at Ryder but Ryder shrugs his shoulders.
Jim Ross: The referee seems to want to keep order but with Xtreme Rules in this match he needs to stay out of the way.
Jerry Lawler: All referees ever do is get in the way JR!
Ryder slides out of the ring and goes to grab a steel chair from the announcers table. Before he gets a chance however, The Ray dives and nails him on the outside! The crowd pops for that as Ryder crashes to the floor. The Ray tosses him back in and climbs the turnbuckle. Ryder gets back to his feet and the Ray nails a high crossbody. The referee checks the shoulders and counts. 1... 2... Ryder kicks out at two and a half!
Jim Ross: The Ray almost picked up the victory there!
The Ray goes to the corner turnbuckle and signals for the end. Ryder is slowly getting to his feet.
Jim Ross: Looks like The Ray is looking for a Rough Ryder here.
Jerry Lawler: Wouldn't that be some poetic justice if he hit the Rough Ryder on Ryan Ryder?
Jim Ross: Sounds like a gay porn to me King.
The Ray is waiting for Ryder to stand up. Ryder stands and Ray charges. Ryder counters with a sitout spinebuster! The referee slides down for the count. 1... 2... The Ray kicks out at two and a half!
Jim Ross: The Ray went for his finish and it almost costed him the match!
Ryder argues with the referee about a slow count but the ref tells him that it's only a two. Ryder just shakes his head and gets back to his feet.
Jim Ross: Ryder showing frustration here and who can blame him?
Ryder picks up Ray and sets him up for the Force of Nature. Ryder swings Ray around but Ray slips out of the move. Ray grabs Ryder from behind and hits a Skull Crushing Finale!
Jim Ross: Skull Crushing Finale!
The Ray covers and hooks the leg. 1... 2... 3! The Ray picks up the victory!
Jim Ross: He is STILL undefeated! And he will more than likely face the winner of tonight's main event. Going to be a good one. You think King?
Jerry Lawler: Beats me.
Match Grade: C+, Match Duration: 6 minutes, and 48 seconds, Match Result: The Ray via pinfall.
Backstage we spot Mike Dimter talking strategy with Xavier Star, and Ashton Storm before their big matchup. They are talking privately right outside the Genesis locker room. They then see the cameras trying to capture their conversation so they quickly finish up.
Mike Dimter: Lets go guys! Time to do some work around here.
They continue down the hallway, and you watch as Hayden Truesdale tries to get passed them. But, Mike Dimter tries blocking the hallway. Xavier Star hovers over his shoulder, and Ashton Storm steps out with her arms to the side. Hayden Truesdale doesn't like this.
Mike Dimter: Maybe you should go around .. . the OTHER way!
Hayden Truesdale: If you're looking for a fight. Just say it?
Mike Dimter: What?? I should ask you the same thing . . .. huh? Who put you up to this? Somebody put you up to this? You one of Mr. Lucente's goons??
Hayden Truesdale: No, no. I'm not a goon. I'm just the guy who was looking for a fight, and now I've found one. You want to settle this.. how about we get on that Total Annihilation card, and show these people what it's like to be a part of the XWF!
Mike Dimter: You versus me? Hah. For what? Why?? Alright. I'll tell you what .. .. what's your name again??
Hayden Truesdale: Hayden Truesdale!
Mike Dimter: "Hayden Truesdale". "Hayden Truesdale"??? ... Nope. Doesn't ring a bell. I'll tell you what though... I'll ring your neck, and deliver the Liberty Bell on you at Total Annihilation! That's fine. If that's what you want. If that's what .. "they" want?? Sure. Then you got yourself a match kid. But, don't expect to much out of yourself ..
Hayden Truesdale: Likewise.
Hayden Truesdale walks off, and Mike Dimter along with Xavier Star look very thrown off by this. They confirm with Ashton Storm who is also "put off" by Hayden Truesdale's presence. As we cut back to ringside for this now handicap matchup.
(TTC) The Dog Pound vs. Mike Dimter & Xavier Star & Ashton Storm - 2-on-3 Handicap match
Out comes the Dog Pound first, and they are without Rachael Manning. The crowd is really hype on these guys!! Dustin Holt, and Aaron Wilson both have a mic in hand. They wait for their music to die down. You could see Danielle Worley has just announced them to everybody in the Pepsi Center. We watch as The Dog Pound actually drinks bottles of Pepsi down!! Holt looks at Wilson, and then both men hold their Tag Titles high in the air!!! The crowd hoots, hollers, and barks the nights a way!!!
Jim Ross: These guys are loved everywhere they go, and appearently they are about to get on the sticks here ..
Dustin Holt: Hey! I don't care what they say about us, and I don't care what they say about Denver, Colorado .. because, I love it!!!
He gets a cheap pop, and fans cheer him on. Aaron Wilson smiles at his tag team partner, and goes to speak now.
Aaron Wilson: Hey guys. Lets remind you why we're out here. Suppose to be a 3-on-3 match. But Rachael Manning must've rubbed somebody the wrong way or something .. anyway.. either way .. we've got a matchup here tonight. It's going to be 2-on-3.. but, whatever! That's why we're the Dog Pound. If them lame members of the Genesis want to come down, and be a part of the Dog Pound Show .. then come on down!!
They go to say their catchphrase but Dimter's music cuts them off. Danielle Worley announces the team of Mike Dimter, Xavier Star, and Ashton Storm collectively. They all talk strategy, and Aaron Wilson is ready to go. At first it appears Star might start it off. But then Ashton Storm tags herself in. The team of Star, and Dimter laugh over at Holt, and Wilson. The fans don't seem to like this either!! They boo Storm, and let her hear it!!! "WE HATE STORRRM! WE HATE STORRRM! WE HATE STORRRMM!"
Jerry Lawler: I guess they don't like Storm ...
Ashton Storm is not too happy about this, and goes in to attack Wilson. But he backs up in to the corner, and puts his arms out in front of himself. He doesn't want to attack back, and he doesn't want to strike a woman. The referee Shawn Green calls for the bell. DING DING! Ashton Storm lunges forward, and punches Aaron Wilson in the jaw!
Jerry Lawler: Ah! She sucker punches one-half of the Tag Team Champions in the face!
Jim Ross: What a JAB.
Ashton Storm backs up, and calls Aaron Wilson on. He looks ready to charge. But just wipes his lip, and tags in Dustin Holt. You can tell that Holt doesn't want to fight her either, and the fans try to encourage him. He laughs it off, and Storm just charges in. She goes to tackle him in to the corner. But, Holt stands his ground. He then shrugs his shoulder, and raises his arm up to go to slam it across her back! But, instead he hesitates, and just pushes her off of him! The fans cheer, and Xavier Star calls her over! He demands that she tags him in now, and then she follows his orders. Xavier Star enters to some heat from the fans.
Jerry Lawler: These guys do not like each other!
Xavier Star goes to attack, and use his strength to his advantage. But it's Dustin Holt who is quicker, and counters it. Holt stays in control most of the start of this match. He hits some nice Suplexes, and drags Star over in to his corner! Holt tags in Wilson, and he goes to work now! The fans really getting behind the Dog Pound!! Wilson hits a solid Backbreaker in the center of the ring, and gets the 1, 2, Mike Dimter breaks it up!! Holt gets in the ring, and tells the ref to watch them over there.
Jim Ross: 3-on-2 handicap match!
Jerry Lawler: But they are holding up!
Ashton Storm wants tagged back in. But instead she hops off the apron and walks over to where Dustin Holt is. You see Aaron Wilson spot her, and warns Dustin Holt what she's doing. That allows Xavier Star to hit a Spinebuster out of nowhere!! He goes for the cover. 1, 2, kick out! Xavier Star goes for the tag now, and he gets there! The fans start to boo as Mike Dimter looks out at all of them and raises his arms to the side. They give him heat here in the Pepsi Center!! He enters the ring, and Aaron Wilson goes for the tag as well! He reaches his hand up, and tags Holt in! But, Ashton Storm grabs Dustin Holt's ankle on the outside apron. He can't quite get in yet. Aaron Wilson rolls to the outside mat holding his ribs. Holt shakes her off, and goes to step in the ring. But, Dimter delivers a Shining Wizard, and follows it up with a crucial Bulldog!!! The fans boo the crap out of him!
Jim Ross: He saw his moment, and he took it!
We then watch as Mike Dimter sets up Dustin Holt for his Signature Move known as the Cracked Skull (a Leg Hook Reverse STO)!!! He gets the cover, and the 1, 2, 3! Mike Dimter has won this for his team, and they go out victorious in this one!! It was a tough Handicap match, and the current Tag Team Champions couldn't shake them.

The scene opens inside of Mr. Lucente's office. He's going over some papers when a figure stands in front of him. The camera pans around revealing none other than Sasha Shotgun.
Lucente: What is this? I asked to see Mark Adkins, not you!
Sasha: Relax Lucente. Adkins isn't here tonight.
Lucente: What?! This is the Showdown before Total Anahilation. He HAS to be here!
Sasha: There's no need. I asked him to stay. Tonight I'm the one who will take care of business.
Lucente: What do you mean?
Sasha: Did you know that ever since that fateful night at Independence Day I've yet to talk to my husband face to face? I think it's time we change that.
Lucente: Are you out of your god damned mind? Did you not see the stunt Shotgun pulled on me?! There is no way you are going out there without a security escort and that's final.
Sasha: Mr. Lucente... I'm the thing Shotgun loves the most in this world. Trust me, he is harmless.
Sasha winks and walks away while Lucente looks on holding his neck in pain.
Lucente: Harmless my ass.
Mr. Lucente continues to hold his neck in pain as the scene switches to...

We then cut to Jon Hampton, and Corey Farmer warming up backstage.
Jon Hampton: What you think Corey?
Corey Farmer: I think it's time to dance ...
Jon Hampton: You mean, it takes 2 .. to .. tango ? ? ?
Corey Farmer: Lets just go to that ring, and become number one contenders already. Shall we?
Farmer walks out the room first, and Jon Hampton just shakes his head.

Danielle Worley is in the ring for the following contest.
Jim Ross: This matchup will determine who will be facing the Dog Pound next for the tag straps. Big match here for both teams.
Jerry Lawler: No doubt. I wouldn't want to be the losers here they would have to work that much harder to get back into the position they're in now.
Jon Hampton and Corey Farmer make their way out first to a mild reaction from the crowd. Wreckin Crew make their way out next to a slightly larger reaction.
Jim Ross: Hampton and Farmer not getting much love from the crowd here.
Jerry Lawler: I think the Wreckin Crew get over more on who they resemble wouldn't you say JR?
Jim Ross: I'll keep my opinion to myself on that one King. Wreckin Crew are two time tag team champions and would seem to have the advantage here.
Jerry Lawler: Don't count out Farmer and Hampton though.
Jim Ross: You can't count out anybody in the XWF.
Hampton and Flip Johnson start out the match as the bell rings. Hampton slips into a side headlock and gets an armbar before switching to a hammerlock. Flip Johnson elbows out of it and flips off Hampton.
Jim Ross: Flip Johnson showing Hampton what he thinks of his technical wrestling ability!
Hampton shoves Johnson and starts mouthing off to him. Johnson kicks Hampton in the midsection and forearms him to the back. Johnson whips Hampton off the ropes and misses an elbow. Hampton to the other side takes a clothesline from Johnson. Johnson with another clothesline to Hampton. Hampton back to his feet takes another clothesline and slides out of the ring.
Jim Ross: Hampton was getting hung out to dry there!
Hampton starts yelling at Johnson before Brutality comes around the ring and hits him with a clothesline!
Jim Ross: Hampton can't get any rest here!
Farmer hops off the apron and checks on his tag team partner who is on the ground. The referee continues the count as Brutality gets tagged in. Hampton slides back into the ring and tags in Farmer. Farmer hits Brutality with a clothesline that does nothing. Brutality taunts Farmer to do it again. Farmer goes for another clothesline and gets it doesn't do anything. Brutality dares him again. Farmer charges and Brutality goes for a clothesline. Farmer ducks the clothesline and dropkicks Brutality to the leg. Brutality down to one knee and Farmer hits the ropes again. Farmer goes for a clothesline and Brutality hits him with a huge spinebuster!
Jim Ross: Farmer just got dropped!
Brutality gets back up and clotheslines Hampton off the apron.
Jerry Lawler: What did he do that for?
Flip Johnson gets in the ring as Farmer staggers to his feet. Johnson flips the bird and and hits Farmer with a stunner!
Jim Ross: Lights out to Farmer!
Farmer bounces back to his feet off the momentum and Brutality lifts him into a torture rack!

Brutality looks like he's trying to break Farmer in half as Farmer taps. The referee calls for the bell! The Wreckin Crew are the #1 contenders for the Tag Team Titles!

The Dark Stranger: Yes!! I feel it in the pit of my gut. In the fiery pits of hell is where I'm going to send Hawking Ripper!!!! Much like I sent Ryan Ryder to hell, and damnation!! Hawking Ripper will feel much of the same! I have been waiting for a moment like this. A moment in the XWF where I can shine on my own!! With these 2 beautiful ladies next to me. With the 2 members of the Skeletons of Society still watching my back! There is nothing I can not do. There is nothing I will not do in order to capture that Xtreme Title!! I will make it mine. Just like I will take that man's life from him!! HAWKING RIPPER... "YOUR SOUL IS MINE!!!!!"
The Dark Stranger latches on to both of his women, and pulls them with him out of the dressing room towards the ring.

We cut to Hawking Ripper who is ready to defend his Xtreme Title for the 4th time in a row here tonight.
Hawking Ripper: There comes a time in every man's life when they are faced with a decision. When they have to decide how to go in to battle, and how exactly they plan on coming out on top?? Well, I have already planned ahead for this. I have planned for this very moment. Since the day I was born. I knew I was determined to be someone great. I knew I would do something special, and I have. The XWF fans know it now! The superstars still might have their own questions. But, have no doubts. No doubts in your minds at all. Because, I do have a solution. I have come to fulfill something even greater than I could understand. I have come here for a purpose. The Dark Stranger is just a bump in the road .. to something much, much sweeter!! Just like everyone else who has come against me, and tried to take this Xtreme Title off me. "Your a puzzle.
Fans: "I already SOLVED!!"

Hawking Ripper leaves Mitch Keller holding his microphone, and we cut back to ringside for our main event of the evening.

XC Hawking Ripper vs. The Dark Stranger - for the Xtreme Championship
The referee for this matchup is going to be Amari Scottsdale. The challenger is introduced first, and the crowd begins to boo him immediately!!! The Dark Stranger comes out with Heather Black and Lady Gaga. His theme music is devilish, and so is his attitude tonight. Danille Worley introduces the Xtreme Champ next, and Hawking Ripper comes out to the best ovation of the night!!!!! There are hundreds of signs for him, and he comes out with a lot of energy under that famous bucket head. He holds the Xtreme Title up high in the air! He then points down the ring at the Dark Stranger, and sprints down the ring. He slides inside, and he hands the belt directly to the referee. The Dark Stranger doesn't like Ripper in his face, and calls out to his girlfriend Heather Black. She talks over with Lady Gaga, and they all try to get on the same page. Hawking Ripper looks down at his belt one more time, and points out at Dark Stranger's women. The referee presents the belt to the fans, and they POP for it! He hands it over to the time keeper, and calls for the bell. DING DING!
Jim Ross: Biggest match of the night and of course we save it for last! The MAIN EVENT of the first Showdown! of 2012 .. .
Jerry Lawler: Big acheivement J.R.!
Jim Ross: You're telling me. And that man .. Hawking Ripper.. the Xtreme Champion has defended it 3 times successfully so far... can he make it a 4th time tonight??
Jerry Lawler: He can go on to defend it possibly against The Ray at Total Annihilation .. on January 22nd, .. from the STAPLES CENTER in Los Angeles!
The Dark Stranger goes to strike first. But, Hawking Ripper blocks it, and fires back with shots of his own! The crowd goes nuts as he works Dark Stranger back in to the ropes, and then irish whips him across the ring. The Dark Stranger bounces back, and Ripper lays him out with a Flying Shoulderblock! The fans pop out of their seats, and the building is on fire right now!! Hawking Ripper picks The Dark Stranger up, and slings up in to the corner. He mounts him, and begins a 10-punch salute! He starts it off, and the fans chant out with him. "1! 2! 3! 4! 5! 6! 7!!! 8!! 9!! 10!!!! Wooo!!!"
Jerry Lawler: The fans are going bizerk.
Jim Ross: This building is on fire! He's about to melt down the damn Pepsi Center here in Colorado!!
Hawking Ripper backs up a few steps, and rushes in for a Clothesline. But, The Dark Stranger steps out from the corner, and lifts Ripper off the ground for a Spinning Sideslam!!! He lays Ripper out with that powerful move, and goes for the first cover of this main event. 1, 2, kick out!!
Jerry Lawler: The Dark Stranger so close! And he would love nothing more than to leave here the Xtreme Champion. To leave with that belt!
Dark Stranger looks to go for his signature move "The Darkness" right away. But, the fans begin to "BOOOO". Until Ripper elbows his way out of it, and kicks Dark Stranger in the shin! He the delivers a nice Swinging Neckbreaker! Hawking Ripper gets back to his feet, and goes up to the 2nd turnbuckle. He drops a straight elbow on to Dark Stranger's head, and covers him up for the 1, 2, kickout!!! The fans want Hawking Ripper to win this! He stays in control most the match now. He works Dark Stranger on the inside, and tosses him to the outside mat. He works on him on the outside in front of Heather Black, and Lady Gaga. They seem to start to get closer, and start to try to distract Ripper more! You can see Ripper try to shoe them away. But they continue to badger him as he beats up on the Dark Stranger in front of our commentators!
Jim Ross: Hawking Ripper giving it to him!
Jerry Lawler: The Xtreme Champ on the offensive! He's beating up on the Dark Stranger, and his girlfriend... she wants to get involved! So does Lady GaGa over here!
Jim Ross: Referee Amari Scottsdale is losing control. As these women begin to surround Hawking Ripper almost.
Ripper tries to back them down, and the Dark Stranger strikes with a hard shot to his ribs. Then he hits him with a stiff Uppercut!! The Dark Stranger knocks Ripper back in to the apron, and then he rolls Ripper in the ring! Dark Stranger gets heat from the fans as he scoops Ripper up, and Bodyslams him! He follows that up with a Big Leg Drop, and the 1, 2, kick out!! Hawking Ripper then quickly grabs Dark Stranger by the back of the head as he goes to lift him up, and has him rolled up for the 1, 2, kick out!! Dark Stranger barely escapes. But, Ripper is back on the offensive, and he begins stomping away at Dark Stranger!! He gets him in the corner, and pummels him in front of the fans who are cheering him on!!!! Hawking Ripper backs up, and delivers a sickening BOOT to the skull of Dark Stranger! Hawking Ripper pulls him to the center of the ring, and goes for his finishing submission hold. He goes for "The Puzzle" a brilliant Elevated Boston Crab!!!! He's got it locked in the center of the ring, and the fans explode with excitement!!!!!
Jim Ross: Can he do it? Can he do it like he's done to many other opponents before??!?
That's when Lady Gaga gets on the apron, and distracts the referee. The Dark Stranger taps out. But, Heather Black gets in the ring and starts choking out Hawking Ripper. The referee Amari Scottsdale is kissed hard by Lady Gaga, and he can't see a thing! Heather Black chokes away at Ripper, and he is forced to get off her. Hawking Ripper backs her down in the corner, and Heather Black threatens him!!
Jerry Lawler: What is this nonsense.
Hawking Ripper turns back to face The Dark Stranger, and he catches a boot to the gut for his troubles! Lady Gaga points for the referee to do his job! Amari Scottsdale turns back around right as Heather Black ducks out of the ring, and The Dark Stranger looks to go for his finisher. The fans are boo'ing him, and you could see The Dark Stranger set up for DARKNESS FALLS. But, before he can get him up for that finisher Ryan Ryder makes his way down the ramp. He points at both of The Dark Stranger's girls, and begins chasing them around the ring. The Dark Stranger can't believe it, and his girls are be chased around in front of all these fans in Denver, Colorado! He goes to drop Ripper. Who lands on his feet, and spins The Dark Stranger around hooking on for a Perfect Plex! He gets the cover, and the 1, 2, 3!
Jim Ross: He's done it! He's done it again! Hawking Ripper is still the Xtreme Champion!!
Jerry Lawler: What a run. What a run it's been!
Hawking Ripper celebrates in the ring with his title, and then exits the ring as Ryan Ryder chases the women right to the Dark Stranger's side. Ripper heads up the ramp holding his belt high, and the fans love him for it!!!! He leaves with the big victory as Ryan Ryder gets in the ring now with The Dark Stranger who is just getting off the ground. He's got 2 women by his side who need his help, and he's not afraid to defend them. But, Ryan Ryder doesn't look like he's going anywhere!! He calls for a mic, and Danielle Worley hands him one.
Ryan Ryder: This has gone on far too long. It didn't end at Season Beatings like you wanted it to! I beat you fair and square the first time. Sure you got the best of me last time! But I say .. you suspend those 2 lovely ladies above the ring! Where I can't get to them. Where you can't get to them. Where they can't get to us! You get me .. in this ring .. one more time.. .... and I'll leave you alone for good. But you promise me.. you suspend these women above the ring .... if I win ... I get to do whatever I want with them! Hah.
The Dark Stranger snatches the mic from his hand.
The Dark Stranger: And if I win???
Ryan Ryder: You name it..?
The Dark Stranger: Hahahahah, hahahahahahaah! "YOUR SOUL is MINE!!!" Ahahahh!
The Dark Stranger shoves the mic in Ryan Ryder's chest, and walks out of the ring with his 2 women by his side. Lady Gaga and Heather Black don't look so sure about all this. But the Dark Stranger looks confident as ever. The match has been signed, and this one is officially over.

"Running With the Devil" By Van Halen starts playing as the lights dim and the entrance way gets illuminated with red lighting. Smoke fills up the entrance as Sasha Shotgun walks out slowly in front of the sold out crowd wearing her usual gothic attire. The fans immediately boo as she looks around coldly before proceeding to walk down the ramp.
She climbs up the steps and looks around once more before pointing to the TV-MA logo inprinted in her attire and flashing a sexy smile. She steps through the second rope and walks around the ring working the crowd who are firmly on their feet screaming different things at her. She grabs a microphone and stands center ring. Some cat calls can be heard as well as some "Sasha sucks" chant. He rolls her eyes sarcastically before adressing the sold out crowd.
Sasha: You should all feel honored and priviledged. After all, it's not every night that The Queen of TV-MA addresses the masses in a manner like this. As a matter of fact, you should all be flatered to stand in the very presense of the only woman fit to stand beside The Apostle Himself, The Demonic Christ known as Mark Adkins!
A mixed reaction starts up as some of the apostles in the crowd show their alligiance.
Sasha: And as much as we all know that the XWF revolves around TV-MA... and we all know that this is His playground, tonight i have asked him to allow me, his loyal servant and lover, to address a matter that needs to get resolved. It's time to move on. It's time for a new era to begin. It's time to erase the past. It's time for me to call out the so called "Savior"...
A "Shotgun" chant quickly begins as Sasha stops midsentence and looks around at the sold out crowd who are getting riled up with every passing moment.
Sasha: Carlos Shotgun, babe, I am calling you out right here right now!
The fans explode as immediately the lights go out and "Do the Evolution" by Pearl Jam begins to play. Carlos Shotgun walks out wearing a black fedora, black jacket with a red rose pinned to it, retro BOW t-shirt and jeans. He has a grin on his face as he stands on top of the ramp and points at Sasha almost in desbelief. Sasha looks back at him coldly, calculating, even mencingly. Shotgun confidently walks down the ramp and walks up the steps to the apron where he stops and looks back at the fans once more.
The fans greet Shotgun with a warm reception as he steps into the ring and works the crowd some more, keeping his back towards Sasha. Suddenly he stops and a serious look grows on his face as he turns around and walks up right up to Sasha. He stands face to face with his ex-wife and they both lock eyes. Sasha doesnt flinch as she steps back and speaks.
Sasha: You really think you can intimidate me with that icy little stare Carlos? Who the hell do you think i am? I know you expect everyone in this place to drop to their knees and worship you because your ego demands it, but me? If there is one person in this world you can never touch is me Carlos Shotgun. I am your Goddess. I created you Carlos. I know your deepest darkest secrets. I know your deepest fears. Dont you get it Carlos? I know EVERYTHING about you. EVERYTHING.
Carlos steps back as Sasha continues to gain steam.
Sasha: But you on the other hand, you barely know me. Do you even know who I am Carlos? The real me? Do you? Baby, you only know what I wanted you to know. I have played you since the start. Sure, there was an initial love, I wont deny it. But you Carlos Shotgun, you got played like a fool and you fell for it hook, line and sinker.
Shotgun looks away when Sasha steps right in front of him.
Sasha: Don't look away from me. DONT. I tried with you Carlos. I tried taking you where you needed to be. I told you to let go. I told you to tap into yourself and let it all out. I told you to take over and you flinched. You cared too much about your little fans and your loyalty to the business. Face it Carlos, you simply aren't cut out to make it out here on your own. Mark Adkins on the other hand, he has BALLS. He will do whatever it takes whenever it takes and he doesnt give a crap if he has to step over the holy santity Himself in order to do it. Adkins got it Carlos, you didnt. Adkins understood that this world is his to do whatever he wants with it and he embraced it. And if anyone has a problem with it... well let me assure you, he is more than capable of taking care of business and i mean that in EVERY POSSIBLE WAY, ha.
Sasha winks at Carlos who remains there motionless, his eyes piercing through her.
Sasha: Mark Adkins knows your every secret. Mark Adkins knows your every fear. I gave him the keys to the puzzle a long time ago. Face it, you couldn't match up to him before and you won't be able to do it again. You will get beaten down Carlos. You will be humiliated. You will be destroyed one final time. I will enjoy every second of it. You see, this world is for the strong, that is why you have failed where Adkins has succeeded.
Sasha smiles as she continues.
Sasha: At Total Anahilation, Mark Adkins will prove once more he is superior to you in every way, and i mean every way. He will be superior to you as a fighter, he will be superior to you as an elite, and i can confidently say that he is superior to you as a MAN.
The crowd ohhs as Shotgun looks stunned. Sasha laughs in his face and continues.
