The House of Starlight Garden is being established for the purpose of catering to both members and non-members to provide a place for social functions, gathering, and tasteful entertainment.

Starlight Garden shall be run democratically. Decisions shall be made by a vote of the majority with the Chairman and officers controlling the agenda for all issues to be brought before a vote.

Officer terms for Starlight Garden shall be for life. The officer shall remain in office until such a time comes in which they leave the lands or wish to step down from their position. The position may then be filled by an heir of their choice that has been approved by all other officers, or through a democratic vote if no suitable heir can be appointed.

Requirements for Joining: All proposed members for Starlight Garden must be at least 15 trainings with all exceptions to be at the discretion of the officers and induction committee. They must be willing to remain as an active member, with intent to attend and participate in both events, meetings and the household purpose. Starlight Garden does not discriminate against race, profession, gender, religious affiliation, order affiliation, or economic standing.

Membership Procedures: Interest in membership must first be shown through attending one Starlight Garden meeting or event, which must be recorded. The prospective member will then be asked to submit a questionnaire response, which may or may not be followed by an interview at the discretion of the induction committee. Acceptance will be based on interest and motivation shown, as well as social etiquette and standing.

Membership Fees: There shall be an initial fee of 100,000 silvers with no monthly dues. Donations are openly accepted from both members and non-members to help fund frequent events.

Membership Services Provided: All members shall have access to all areas of the House, with the exception of the workshop. Members may elect to have the Starlight Garden coat of arms engraved upon their shield once one has been selected, shall be able to take advantage of ceremony services offered through the house, and shall be eligible for loans if they meet the requirements and are in good standing. Starlight Garden shall also provide ample storage facilities for all of its members, as well as enchanting services at reasonable rates. In addition to these basic services, each member will be given the chance to plan and participate in the frequent social functions.

Membership Rules and Regulations: Starlight Garden membership shall be unlimited, although members will be placed into an 'active' or 'non-active' category. All members are required remain active in the house, its meetings, its events, and its purpose while in the realms. Membership activity shall be monitored and anyone not active in a two-month period of time without excuse may be disciplined. Anyone who wishes to resign from his or her active status within the household at any time should notify an officer and the situation will be dealt with accordingly.

Non-active members of Starlight Garden may be labeled as such due to extended vacations, permanent departure from the lands, or other unfortunate incidences. Members waive their right to vote, be a member of committees within the household, use enchanting facilities, or represent the house in official functions while labeled as inactive. If a household member remains active in the realms but inactive in the household, they are held in violation of the charter and disciplinary procedures may ensue.

All members are required to attend a minimum of one (1) meeting or event every 6 weeks and all officers are required to attend a minimum of one (1) meeting or event every 4 weeks, although frequent participation is encouraged. If you are unable to attend any meetings or events in the required time frame for any reason, or intend to be absent from the lands for an extended period of time but wish to maintain your membership, officers should be notified immediately.

Enforcement of the Starlight Garden charter is the responsibility of the officers, who would act only in the face of overwhelming evidence of violations.
